Wonderful
Anonymous, Aug 2022 - Hilton New Orleans Riverside
I liked the layout of the hotel and the easy access to the mall and casino. I didn’t like the loud band playing next to the checkin counter. They were so loud that I couldn’t even hear the agent. They need to play somewhere else around 4pm when we are checking in.

Jasmine, Nov 2020 - Hilton New Orleans / St. Charles Avenue
Pros (+) The staff was excellent. Demoinde was always there for me.
Cons (-) The smell in the rooms could be better. It smells like mildew. As if the carpet needs to be shampoo or change. The bathroom had a pissy smell. The tv kept cutting on/off, the phone did not work in my first room. I did not see house keeping until check out time. There was no one to wipe certain things down at all times. Yes there hand sanitizer machine through out the hotel but most of the machine ...

Anonymous, Apr 2019 - Hilton New Orleans Riverside
Cons (-) I reserved a double with a view way in advance of the Conference to insure a room in the host hotel. Guaranteed per the reservation contract. No double available upon timely arrival. Prepaid over $600 for 2 night, wherein other conference attendees paid half the amount. 18th Floor, low water pressure. Mattress extremely hard. Weather was bad, so the hotel was convenient to access the Convention Ce...

Lee, Apr 2018 - Hilton New Orleans Riverside
Pros (+) Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) For $300+/night, charging to use the health clubs seems a slap in the face. At the end of the day, I did not get much more than I would have for $120/night, and will look elsewhere in the future. Sure, the Riverside was the hotel of choice for the ACS meeting, yet I can walk, get to see a bit more of NOLA while doing so, pay much less money, and (in the end) pay much less for what I need -- a quit...
