Great value for money! The beds and pillows are so comfortable…. It was hard to get out of bed every day!! The staff at reception were awesome! Very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property. Fitness center and pool were also a great bonus!

Cons (-) A bit misleading with the name when you book, it isn't with the other hotels right next to the airport. About a 15 minute shuttle ride.

Pros (+) The room was beautiful and large with a seating area in addition to the regular desk. Otherwise basic amenity which was perfect. We were on the 4th floor with a balcony that overlooked the pool and the river. The bathrooms look newly remodeled and are amazing. The large shower has a nice bench in it so you can put your toiletries somewhere without balancing them on the little shelf most hotel show...
Cons (-) Housekeeping cleaned our room and did a fast basic job. They took all the towels that were used and replaced the regular towels, but didn't replace the bathmat so we had to use a towel for that. They didn't replace the shampoo or soap that had been used, no big deal with the soap, but we had used the little bottle of shampoo. The attention to detail just wasn't there. Pros (+) Trina the night the bar tender is a riot and also knows how to mix cocktails. My guess is this HI owes 20% of their occupancy to return clients to her.
Cons (-) Staff lacks knowledge of the facility and front desk employees (Jamal) need to understand this is not their personal frat house. Obnoxious and rude. Being a Gold Member, we were upgraded to a suite. Once entering, the smell of deodorizer was so overwhelming, it made us cough and irritated our eyes. The deoderizor was obviously covering a bigger problem. We asked to be moved and offered the same ro...

Pros (+) I like that it's so close to down town and yet because of the river is very relaxing. It also has a great walk around the island.
Cons (-) Older hotel overall. But they have done a good job working around it with little room updates
