The bathroom sink’s drain cover was off and there was junk stuck in the drain. Maintenance wasn’t available so we just used the sink and told them to fix it the next day. Bathroom smelled very strongly of mold and even worse when the bathroom fan was on. Otherwise clean. The mattresses were very soft - too soft as they collapsed in the middle. Pros (+) Wonderful breakfast included. Lots of options....eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc.....they even have complimentary cookies available at the front desk in the evening. About 9 miles from downtown Portland.
Cons (-) Great staff for the most part, except Andrea at the front desk....she had a bad attitude, not suited for customer service....every other staff member was friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities looked well kept up in the computer was appreciated.
Cons (-) The hotel was in the middle of an industrial section, which meant large diesel trucks coming in and out of the parking lot at all hours.

Cons (-) Shower curtain is too small so water leaks on floor and is dangerous...slippery Some called our room and another person rang our door bell. Should not have doorbells outside room. Woke us up!

Pros (+) 24-hour pool and hot tub, excellent staff, free parking and reasonably close to downtown. The fridge, microwave, and TV were great.
Cons (-) There was a lot of road noise and morning noise from the truck rental place next door.
