Pros (+) Quiet. Close to Portland airport. Waitress in restaurant. No cigarette smell in room, which was a no smoking room.
Cons (-) Restaurant food. Dingy rugs, walls in halls and rooms. Bath / sink fixtures very tight and difficult to turn water on. Smokey in reception / front desk area.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and the person in charge of breakfast was very attentive. She made sure she replenished the food as they are running low.
Cons (-) Hair dryer was not working and I told the front desk to get it fixed as we will be staying for another night. When we came back for the evening, we found the hair dryer was still inoperable. Very disappointing!
