Scott, Sep 2023 - The Duniway Portland, a Hilton Hotel
The restaurant and bar menu were shockingly limited.. my coworkers and I were eating the same thing every morning for the week, given the lack of choices. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal to me, but there isn't much within walking distance and I don't think I would walk around downtown Portland after dark. We Uber'd over to a brewpub one night for a welcome change from the same-'ol at the hot...

Upside: nice large screen TVs, despite the room being pretty small all the little things were well organized and efficient it was t a detriment The Bad: First room had an access panel that was hanging above the shower with a dirty tub. Second room the bed sagged quite a bit it was difficult for either of us to sleep. You had to validate your parking with the desk everything you went in and out

When we arrived at the Hilton, there was a sign that the hotel was closed and customers were relocated to a different hotel nearby. We trudged over there with all our luggage, only to be told that our reservation had been cancelled and they were fully booked. They showed us the email they received from the booking company claiming that we had refused the relocation and requested the cancellation. ...

Pros (+) I LOVED our time at the Duniway. Great location, clean rooms, cool vibe and amazing staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel, Jackrabbit, serves remarkable food. We are there every morning and one evening. Everything from the drinks to dessert was super creative, flavorful and just incredible. We had originally planned breakfasts at other restaurants but Jackrabb...
Cons (-) Nothing. The food, drinks and staff were exceptional.

Joe, Dec 2017 - The Duniway Portland, a Hilton Hotel
Pros (+) Loved this Hotel. Located downtown and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. My wife and I had a wonderful time and we will stay there again. Most comfortable bed we have slept on at a hotel. The T V in our room was wall mounted in a shadow box and was 66” flat screen.
Cons (-) Nothing was wrong. Can’t think of anything that we didn’t like. Our only regret was that we cannot stay longer.

Kori, Oct 2017 - Hilton Portland Downtown
Pros (+) Room was perfect for me and I slept very well; comfortable bed and pillows, clean, huge TV, beautiful view of west side hills, and very convenient for conference and downtown activities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Reservationists were able to keep me in my same room for all three nights even though I had to make two reservations (one at conference rate and one at Hilton Honors rate for...
Cons (-) Because of my back to back reservations, the digital key would not work during the 2nd reservation. The digital key is super convenient so I missed not being able to use it the last 2 nights, but it wasn’t a big deal to carry the key card. The only other suggestion is as a conference attendee: I’m a big water drinker and carry a water bottle throughout the day. There had been plenty of water to re...

Pros (+) Very cool design. Great customer service. Bar/restaurant looked cool (although I didn't eat there). Worth the price.
Cons (-) Shower leaked a lot onto the floor, but was told they are fixing it asap.

Pros (+) Hotel is always wonderful.
Cons (-) Due to snow and ice storm I had to cancel. The hotel was fine with it. It was within their 24 hours. Unfortunately, the company I used on kayak stated I would have needed to cancel on the same date that I reserved!!!!! Are you kidding me? Don't reserve through them. They do not care what terms the hotel has.
