Michael, May 2023 - Residence Inn by Marriott Portland Downtown/Pearl District
The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. They were very responsive to our family’s needs and requests. They all seemed to go above and beyond (especially Mason - she helped us immensely)! Thanks for a job well done.

Wait until the remodel is over. Construction noise in every room from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. every day. We stayed 10/18/2022.

Rob, Sep 2019 - Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Riverplace
Pros (+) Front desk was nice. Breakfast was pretty decent. Room was a good size.
Cons (-) We arrived at the hotel after 5:30pm and our room was still not ready for check in. This caused us to miss our dinner reservations. Front desk was nice and tried their best to be accommodating but this should’ve never happened. Location is a little hard to find and in a part of town about 1.5 - 2 miles away from any good restaurants or shopping.
