Hotel was clean. But no complimentary coffee or services. One block from Subway, but no available maps or information. Hotel is on a side road which was scary walking back at night. But I'll have to say how helpful random New Yorkers were to help us with navigating the Subway system!

Pros (+) The Pine is the best! Great food, great prices. This hotel is literally across the street from Citi Field which is why we stayed there.
Cons (-) The parking lot is a nightmare. Nowhere near large enough for the # of rooms in the hotel. The elevators are painfully slow. The rooms are ok but could use an upgrade.

Pros (+) The front desk staff were warm and friendly. The kitchen staff for breakfast were friendly and made our stay memorable.
