Pros (+) Comfortable bed and good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Due to the COVID quarantine, there’s not much to evaluate. Social distancing and lack of supplies made this a less than ideal visit, but it’s understandable under the circumstances.

Pros (+) It takes a while to get to a JFK hotel, especially via subways and shuttles, so it is nice to come into a clean and updated room. My daughter and I had a long day getting there, and were relieved to lie down in a comfortable and clean bed.

Pros (+) The manager and the stuff were polite and eager to help.
Cons (-) We found actual human feces on our bed, The bathroom was very outdated and the AC was super loud. At the site of the incident in our room we were given a new room right away but with a smaller and older room.
