Pros (+) Air conditioner worked well. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Check in was very slow and disorganized. Took way too long.

Pros (+) The room was very clean, well kept, and I liked that the mattress had a bed bug cover on it (first hotel I've ever seen do that!)
Cons (-) Even though it has LaGuardia in the name, there is NO airport shuttle. There isn't really space to put your bag anywhere, I ended up putting it in the bathroom.

Pros (+) Pleasant atmosphere just across the bridge from Manhattan. We rented CityBike bicycles outside the hotel and rode across the Queensborough Bridge to Central Park. Took about 45 minutes one-way but good exercise and a fun and different way to experience NYC.
Cons (-) Our room was on the first floor very close to the reception desk. In the mornings, it was a bit noisy outside our room - but only the first two first floor rooms are close - ask for different rooms if you get them.

Pros (+) This hotel was what we needed it to be. We were visiting family in LIC and just needed lodging, we were not spending a lot of time here. This was perfect for that.
Cons (-) They have extremely minimal vending. After getting in for the night, my husband wanted a soda. They had 1 machine with a very limited selection of cans. Since you need to walk several blocks to find a store, this had to do. Also, on our second day, we returned to the hotel at 5:30 PM to rest and clean up and housekeeping had not yet been to our room. They came to clean our room at 7:00. We found t...
