necie, May 2018 - Best Western Queens Court Hotel
Pros (+) I had a roof and air conditioning
Cons (-) The plumbing isn't the best. Toilet clogged the first night. Breakfast wasn't great. Somewhat smelly in the lobby. One elevator.

Giuliana, Dec 2017 - Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel
Pros (+) I called Before my check in time and they told me my room was ready and I get before the check in time, which it was nice because I was so tired and I need to rest. Also, the day I have to check out they keep my luggage for the rest of the day without charge, that was awesome!! The front desk was very nice, thank you, definitely recommended

Niki, Oct 2017 - Vista LIC Hotel, BW Premier Collection
Pros (+) The staff was very courteous, the room was very comfortable and clean. Overall our two night stay was v. good.
Cons (-) Our experience with breakfast was not as good. The chef had not shown up early, so we had to wait for a fill in. We waited for half hour, before getting something to eat.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great, varied and fresh. For the price, it's an excellent stay if all you're looking for is staying the night and going to Manhattan all day long. The subway station is a block away and, while the neighborhood might be somewhat sketchy, we never had any issues coming back late at night. The staff was great, specially Stephanie, and the rooms were clean and beds were comfy.
Cons (-) The only "bad" thing I'd say about the place is that if you're driving in, it will cost you $25 dollars a day to keep your car parked there, but that's a cheap alternative to parking in NYC.

Anonymous, May 2016 - Best Western JFK Airport Hotel
Pros (+) Comfy hotel that did exactly what it was supposed to do as a layover stop.
Cons (-) Walls are super thin and the hotel security was in and out of half the rooms on my floor during my one night stay.

Anonymous, Apr 2016 - Best Western JFK Airport Hotel
Pros (+) Breakfast was served from 5:00 am. Since we had an early morning flight, we were able to have breakfast before boarding the shuttle to the airport. In many hotels, breakfast is not served until 6:30 am or 7:00 am.
Cons (-) The shuttle to JFK airport only runs hourly. It should run more often.

Pros (+) I chose this place for its close proximity to my family. After reading some of the other reviews i was nervous. I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was personable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. If this place had a parking lot it would have been 5 star rating all around from me.
Cons (-) My only con is the lack of parking. Its a busy area with restaurants lining the street making parking tricky.
