Used to a bigger car with better ride comfort. Nothing wrong with the car they provided. It was clean, gassed up and performed as one would expect

When we reserved the car at noon it didn’t showed the closing time is noon so when we showed up at 12:30 the employee won’t be able to help us! Not even get us a car at their other rental office. Not helpful at all!

Pick up and drop off was efficient and professional.

Cons:

The price was hefty. $75.99 per day plus insurance! No weekend special.

Kayak reserved my car at Salinas Airport from Saturday to the following Saturday. Come to find out right before I am to pick up the car that location is not open weekends. Nobody bothered to tell me that they where not open. I had to scramble and find another car. Luckily Avis in Santa Cruz was able to bail me out.
