They never give me the car, they NOT haven't And when I gave them a reservation code, they didn't care. They didn't even have a car to give me. And they never called me. I made this reservation well in advance, and they never had my car reserved.

Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Needed pickup truck with 8' bed. Called a month before pickup and confirmed with local Enterprise staff that truck rented would have 8' bed. After I drove 65 miles to pickup the rental, was told Enterprise does not rent pickups with 8' beds, only 6 1/2'. Forced to rent Uhaul truck for twice the price. Nothing on Kayak or Enterprise website which discloses bed length. Only way to verify is to call. Bad experience.

The staff was fine. It was very busy and They had no cars I had to wait n line for an hour to get my car then when I got to counter. They gave me an economy car that was super smal. I had paid and rented a premium car. She said it would be another 45 minutes for the car I paid for. I feel like I wasted money and could have rented from another company that was actually cheaper and no wait.

Closest car rental to the shuttle drop off for cruise passengers. They gave a choice of cars. Spoke perfect English

The price at the time of booking and the price we payed when we picked up the car increased of 400%. They forced us to take the mandatory insurance (that was not specified when I booked). Then when we brought the car back, they checked it without us being there, and there was a little scratch that apparently wasn't there before, and they made us pay 400€ for this, although they will probably never paint it as it almost under the car and no one sees it. Terrible service, terrible company, will never go with them again.
