Yau Tsim Mong - 油尖旺
It was a very nice place, very clean, and a great location. Staff was really friendly. Only down thing was room size if you were going to spend a lot of time in it, but with the location and restaurants and things to do I didn't.
nothing The room and bed is too small !!!
The hotel room provided excellent views of the harbour and Hong Kong Island; also very close to shopping and transport facilities
Location is good. We had Club room at it was big enough for three people. Hotel has terrace with excellent view to HK island. Hotel is getting bit old, there was no wifi in room, TV was small and old.
The staff always greeted me by Mr. Adams, they always made sure they knew my name in advance, very impressive !
Nice room Housekeeping
Price was under $100/ night for a very comfortable hotel with great food options and easy access to transit. Like most HK hotels, rooms are a bit small, but comfortable.
We had a wonderful harbour view (Hongkong skyline). Hotel is in walking distance to downtown Kowloon and harbour promenade of the stars. Hotel is partially antiquated (carpet, TV, ...). Front desk staff is not very courteous.
Convenient location on the end of Nathan Road TST
Location Very old decoration
Fabulous spa, great food and incredibly nice and helpful staff. Great location and the rooms are top notch.
staff very good no internet access is the rooms, not good for this level of hotel
The staff was incredibly helpful especially Kitty Ting. All of our needs were met.
Loacation, and luxury - right in the middle of Hong KOng with a gret buffet
it was a family trip and v really enjoyed staying here, very close to shopping area and harbur....
Executive loung very poor
Location, good value
Room was just TOO SMALL! I felt I was in a cage.
Good location Room is very small
location is good I was very disappointed when I check-in to the hotel. There is no warm greeting, no smile face at all from the receptionist!! Some more, the one who attend to us is impolite when answering our question/enquiry, if not mistaken her name is "Kxxsty"!
The concierge was very helpful with giving advice and directions, and the front desk staff were very efficient. The housekeeper assigned to our room spoke English and was attentive to our needs - very nice lady. Hotel is large and within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and the MTR subway station. Room was not well ventilated, and the thermostat was difficult to adjust. Humidity was too high. As the building is a high-rise, the windows cannot be opened.
The hotel is in a decent location in the Jordan area of Kowloon. The hotel rooms are probably the smallest I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of small rooms (including other hotels in Hong Kong).
Very comfortable room, awesome view of Kowloon Smelled like smoke or incense or something on my floor, can hear everything in the hallway but it's quiet as far as outside noise goes
*Affordable hotel *lovely local neighborhood *concierge were very polite *modern decor *staff have poor English skills * room service diddnt knock before walking in to our room on two occasions *breakfast buffet was fairly disappointing, restaurant staff more interested in talking with each other than serving customer's. *reception staff messed up our room payment *ruined our trip - left Hong Kong on an earlier flight.
The hotel upgraded my room for free upon arrival. They gave me a larger room, which was a comfortable size granted that this was in Hong Kong. The location is fantastic, I was only 2 blocks away from Temple Street. The location is really right in between Tsim Sha Tsui and Yau Ma Tei, aka Jordan. They also had a small gym but comes with everything you need. Overall, it's a small hotel but definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in Hong Kong. I recommend it. The staff was ok. They did their job but it didn't feel like they would go out of their way to help you out.
It is in a very good location. Close to transportation, walkable to temple market, jade market etc. Staff was okay. The first room they gave us was in poor condition and smelled badly. Our second room was in good condition but unfortunately I didn't notice the peculiar and awful smell that seemed to come from the bathroom until later -- when I went to bed. It permeated the whole room until I closed the bathroom door. This was my solution to this problem for the rest of my stay as I did not see mold or mildew in the bathroom and could not figure out where this awful smell was coming from. Closing the bathroom door helped. NB: this smell was also present in the first room we had so I wonder if there is a circulation problem and mold and mildew has gotten into some of the ducts. My friends replacement rooms did not have this smell but their first rooms did.
Location, Good Service, Good value Internet speed was a bit slow
location is excellent , everyone knows the hotel and road . Rooms are basic but fine . The gym is crazy , just too small and picture makes it look bigger than the one at stanford hillview which is one of the reason i changed hotels
