Pros:
They didn’t have my car I request months in advance, not any other comparable car. They lied to us about it. Said it had a flat tire and would take 2 days to fix it. We will NOT be back!Cons:

Cons:
Car wasn’t ready at pickup time. I was on a schedule so I couldn’t wait for it to be cleaned. Car was filthy and reeked of smoke. I didn’t realize smoking was even still allowed in rental cars. Pickup attendant didn’t have a professional appearance what so ever. I didn’t care for the Sears location. Next time I will pickup at the airport as I’ve never had issues there.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Travelers are in a hurry, when we do a Phone SEARCH, MCI rental cars, we actually want to PICKUP at MIC airport. Travelers don't know what street address or zip code is at the downtown location. Then there's no way to call you, you were closed. I better NOT had been charged anything.7.6 Good

The pickup process was very quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was considerably less to pick up at the downtown location vs the airport- $200 less!Cons:
The downtown location didn't have a way to return the rental to them late Saturday or Sunday. I had to pay extra to take it to the airport, less than 1-2 day rental, but still a drag.4.4 Mediocre

the car was dirty, the pick up attendant was short with me, the car was on empty and I had to repeatedly ask him to wipe off spit luggies from the inside of the car, he was hot and in a hurry, very transactional not the proffessionalism I am used to with you guys or other rental companies10.0 Wonderful

The fact that I never got a car. They didn't have any. After waiting in line, they handed me a list of rules on what I needed, but couldn't produce because I was nowhere near home. As a frequent customer in my home town, I asked that my account be looked up so they know my history. They gave no assistance and I was told that since each MO location is franchised, only my home location could help me...except I'm out of town, stranded.....Payless
