Cons:

Travelers are in a hurry, when we do a Phone SEARCH, MCI rental cars, we actually want to PICKUP at MIC airport. Travelers don't know what street address or zip code is at the downtown location. Then there's no way to call you, you were closed. I better NOT had been charged anything.

Pros:

The pickup process was very quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was considerably less to pick up at the downtown location vs the airport- $200 less!

Cons:

The downtown location didn't have a way to return the rental to them late Saturday or Sunday. I had to pay extra to take it to the airport, less than 1-2 day rental, but still a drag.

drop off was easy

Cons:

the car was dirty, the pick up attendant was short with me, the car was on empty and I had to repeatedly ask him to wipe off spit luggies from the inside of the car, he was hot and in a hurry, very transactional not the proffessionalism I am used to with you guys or other rental companies

Car smelled of Marijuana told them when I returned. I had it from weds am to Fri at 4 the answer was I don’t smell anything and that this is our number 1 detailer right here?? Customer service no. Also was not shown how to use any features including knowing where the full gas mark was???

Pros:

They didn’t have my car I request months in advance, not any other comparable car. They lied to us about it. Said it had a flat tire and would take 2 days to fix it. We will NOT be back!

Cons:

EVERYTHING! Could have had our car.

Friendly ladies and got a larger vehicle that I had arranged for. Older and a couple of ouchee's on it, but it drove great and had all the goodies.

Cons:

Nothing, really. I am a loyal Hertz renter.

They weren't even very friendly. I had a reservation over 24 rs in advance when I got there to pick up the car. They informed me that they didn't even have cars when the car was booked. .. EXTREMELY UN ACCEPTABLE
