Very stylish hotel on the wharf next to excellent restaurants and bars. Pretty location though a bit noisy when the airport is open.

Someone regurgitated on an elevator and the clean up response time was far too long, perhaps hours! All while the elevator remained in service the entire time being the only elevator that access the rooftop/pool.

Jack, Aug 2017 - Willard Intercontinental Washington By IHG
Cons (-) Colonial parking provides valet parking at the Willard for $55 per night. They refused to tell me about any other options when there was another parking garage just behind the hotel. I won't return to the Willard until they lower their parking rates.
