Rakach, Apr 2021 - Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion
Pros (+) The experience was horrible. The hotel is so dirty! The hall ways are so dirty, a litter was everywhere. I needed a few more blankets for my children as there were not enough blankets in the room, however, they let me know that they don't have more blankets. I've asked them to give be a few blankets from the rooms which were not occupied. They let me know that those blankets are for people who res...
Cons (-) EVERYTHING. Start with the management which allows such things.

Anonymous, Jul 2019 - Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center
Cons (-) The building is old and not well kept. The furniture is dated with numerous flaws. The rooms need to be renovated. The grout in the bathroom is dingy. Staff did what they could to make the stay comfortable, but it is an old hotel.

Pros (+) The location is great. Restaurants, shopping, and Metro are all just steps away. Plenty of parking in the garage (may need to go down to P2). The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again on future visits to DC.

Juan, Oct 2017 - Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion
Pros (+) I stay here several times a year for business and give the cost and location it’s a great option. There’s a cigar lounge and several dining options and a movie theatre nearby so it's great for me or my family.
Cons (-) I found the bathroom in our room retained a lot of humidity versus previous stays and the finish on the tub was peeling away. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable.

Pamela, Mar 2017 - Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion
Pros (+) The location is spectacular as there are several restaurants in the building and cinemas just across the road as well as a variety of shopping stores & departments. There is so much to do if you enjoy shopping and it's very close to D.C. The Metro is literally below the building so easy to move around.

Anonymous, Dec 2016 - Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion
Pros (+) Staff were wonderful everywhere, front desk, cleaning and in the restaurant....the breakfast crew were fantistac.
Cons (-) The ventilation system. We stayed in suite 600 and it was so noisy and ancient we had to shut it off completely at night so we could sleep. The room had been remodelled and was lovely, but this was horrible.
