The hotel, staff and amenities were excellent. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ONLY negative, which I guess would be expected at a hotel of this calibre, is the price for food. Breakfast starting at $32 is a bit much in my opinion, but it was a great breakfast :)

Pros (+) The location is ideal. Our room was very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly, with efficient checkin and checkout. Refrigerator in room was nice to have. We would stay here again.
Cons (-) Our TV had very limited channels=only CBS and HBO. Shower head should be replaced with water=saving one.

Britt, Apr 2019 - The Watergate Hotel
Cons (-) Experienced late check-in - room wasn't ready for 2 hours. Limited hot water. Location not convenient for tourist activities, although okay for Georgetown.

Pros (+) Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Courteous staff, beautiful facility and great location
Cons (-) not much could have been better- dresser drawers were inconveniently located and hard to use (didn't come out far enough) but that's down to a piece of furniture. The hotel itself was amazing.
