Pros: Very accommodating , nice facilities, wonderful atmosphere
Your own private cooking kitchens. You simply have it all.
Cons: Wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros: Terry, the owner, was so helpful. We booked the day before because our hotel had lost hot water. Was amazed that Salmon Catcher had a suite. Found out when we got there suite was just opened up for booking the day we found it. Even though we were in the basement suite, McKinley 1, it was still great. So much space for the money. We just mentioned we would like to fish from the bank and Terry had us fitted out with rods, tackle, waders, net and cooler in minutes. Plus a map to a great place to fish for a simple parking fee of $5. All this was included in the price of the suite! He and his staff seemed really concerned that we had a great time and made sure we knew all the best places to eat if we wanted to go out. We were catch and release fishing and he even offered some halibut he had just frozen for us to cook for dinner! Incredible!!

We arrived 15 minutes before official check in time and was told we couldn't check in until then. Ok, but I've never had that happen anywhere else. Two other parties arrived and the same thing happened. Then 3 rolled around and none of us were checked in. The rooms weren't ready. Ended up with the other 2 parties getting checked in before us. No room until 3:30. Offered a condolonce DVD and our first choice was missing. Normally not a huge deal for me but had somewhere to be at 5 and after a long day of driving really wanted more downtime first. I chose to stay here based on a stay I had last year...it was a totally different experience then. If I stay here again I will request a different floor! The room itself was spotless and comfortable but still loud. Parking lot looked into our room and had to keeo the curtains closed because of headlights right into room. They'll probably get 1 more chance due to lack of many other options there.
Pros: The location was perfect for the event I was attending and having a kitchen was helpful.
Cons: Oir room was located right by the office on the first floor. Fairly noisy and lots of foot traffic. Thin door and I could hear the phone ringing there.

Pros: I'd never given this hotel a chance because it was only a couple Stars. It ended up being great. I'll stay here next time again.
Cons: no hot water in the shower
Pros: The room was pleasant and very clean. They had a small laundry facility along with an ice machine and a freezer to store any fish. The windows were fitted with blinds and curtains to block out the 24hr sunlight. Very nice hotel with an Alaskan feel.
Cons: No dislikes.
Pros: Overall cleanliness
Cons: Bad tv signal and the sink was clogged.
Pros: The staff was amazing!! I booked online, however they did not have room available when I went in to check in. but the Front Desk person I feel went out of her way to accommodate the overbooking. It took a few minutes, but she succeeded! APPRECIATED!
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Pros: Good value, nice room. Awesome shower. I judge a nice nights stay by a comfortable bed and good shower pressure. This hotel had both :)
Cons: The front desk is closed overnight, so there is no access to breakfast and such for those departing early.
Pros: friendly helpful service at desk checkin
Cons: very simple breakfast
Cons: Walls too thin. I could hear every word and every cough from next door.
Pros: It fit our needs perfectly. Nothing fancy, but clean and good quality.

Pros: We stayed here for a couple nights while we were dipnetting and fishing on the peninsula. It best the heck out of camping on the beach. No issues with the room. Overall the place was clean and the staff were great. It was the best price in town. There was no elevator but it's only a 2 story building. Stairs ain't a big deal. Will stay here again next year for the annual dipnetting trip.
Pros: I like the staff I love the pool and the hot tub but mainly the people made me feel really welcome there great staff.
Cons: Didn't clean the room quite like I expected a couple of times I left the room and came back in the beds or kind of half made one bed not made it all and they never restocked the lotions or shampoo.
