Pros: We made a reservation through kayak.com. We pointed out that we are looking for a hotel for 1 night for 2 adults and a child. We don't have interest in strange adult places, we are on family vacation. When we made reservation at kayak.com, we answered to a special question that the child is 9 years old. We were asked and out-stress that out. When we arrived at that strange place, they told us that this "property" is adult only and they will not accommodate us, nor they will refund our money. The receptionist said with oily voice that we will not receive our money back. And after that they withdraw our money for a service that they didn't provide. It's a shame. We were very frustrated, how on Earth this could happen. In Europe when somebody takes your money and doesn't provide requested service it could be treated as fraud. After that we spend several hours to find a proper hotel in that city and that costed us additional money. So thanks to kayak.com and that "hotel" we had a good "welcome party" in Key West.

Inside, free parking in cool. Bathroom was enough big and the bed was comfy enough. We had a little terrace was good to dry out swimsuits. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the heart of the city like Hemingway's house and old Light house and the favorite Duval street. They could provide early check-in,thank you again. Several elevators and stairs to reach easier to you room.

Cons: Breakfast was so poor! 2 types of bread, 1 (!) type of cold meat and cheese, boiled egg, some fruits,some oats, 3 types of average quality muffins additionally you can't find enough seat and desk for 3 people between 8-9am. There's just 2 umbrellas at the pool for about 20-30 beds. The air-conditioning system at the room didn't accept what I want: it's cancelled the demanded temperature and I can't turn it off! The room was so cold all-time, also in the whole facility. No free water near the ice machine.

Cons: only one complaint the bed I was in was slanted, not sure if it was the floor itself or the bed as it was not level ,and I had to sleep very close to the wall on the far side as I was actually sliding off to the other side or dipping. to the edge of bed, may sound funny, but it was a bit annoying. maybe check mattress or the floor level and place something under the left side feet of bed. othe then that we had a wonderful time!!

Pros: The location was great and only 2 blocks from the main entertainment hub. The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly and couldn't have been any more helpful in giving us tips on places to visit and things to do during our stay
Cons: The breakfast was very poor even by continental breakfast standards. I had the worst experience that I have ever had at the hands of the housekeeper. She entered the room where we were having breakfast and started speaking to us in Spanish. When we politely told her that we only spoke English she shrugged her shoulders and didn't speak to us any more. The dining area was in the owners kitchen and when we finished breakfast we got up to leave only to be told by the house keeper and I quote " This is a B&B and not a restaurant, you have to clean up after yourselves, we don't clean up after you" end of quote. There was no sign anywhere to indicate that we were expected to put away out dishes and when I asked he she pointed to the sink which was behind the breakfast bar and was very obviously a staff area. My advice to the owners of Angelina's is if you want customers to return then you need to train your staff to be polite and courteous to your customers. Unfortunately this one lady turned what was an enjoyable stay into a bitter sweet one.

The location of KLI is great! It is easily reached by a taxi from the airport. It is located only a short walk from Duval St., and near the boarding//ticket area for tour buses, but well-removed from the "hustle and bustle"of that area. Importantly, it is very close to a pharmacy.
My room was kept super clean and the breakfast provided was great.
My stay was for 6 days, and I will plan to stay for an even longer time on another occasion.

Since I had my 16yr old grandson with me we did bring a blow up single bed which fit on the floor and made the stay more comfortable for us. Parking was another BIG PLUS as I drove down and didn't want to have to use my car while there - worked out great.

Cons: This is silly, but one of the cleaning staff would strip all the leaves off of a frond on one of the ferns each time they passed by. It did make a satisfying popping noise, like bubble wrap, but the plant was half defoliated and didn't look great. The plants and the garden area were very pleasant, so it was a shame to see the plants handled that way. The staff was friendly and courteous otherwise, and did a great job at keeping it clean. The breakfast could be better, is best the earlier you are I would say.

Duval Loop (free bus) stops right at corner, but the Cabana Inn is within walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent continental breakfast and afternoon happy hour (wine and cheese). Bring your bathing suit as there is a great pool as well as a hot tub. Lots of chairs and a nice courtyard for relaxing. We went for a girls weekend celebrating my sister's birthday - great also for couples. I would recommend to my friends and would definitely stay there again!

Cons: For the first night we got an extremely small room with only one window in the door, it didn't even had space for our luggage. For what we were paying that was not acceptable. (They did move us to a very nice much bigger room for the remainder of our stay though)

Cons: I have been going to this motel for more than thirty years. I have always been satisfied with my experience. This year I was very disappointed to find they now have a $15 a day parking fee. Cons: The check in process. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude. This hotel makes physical photo copies of your credit card. When I addressed my concern for my personal information, she rudely told me that if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else. This was not an option on this weekend. I will never stay here again! I would gladly pay double the price to have a hotel not make me feel endangered for my credit identity. On top of that the staff was rude, not helpful and the rooms were not nice. The door locks didn’t work. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the wood slays that cover the windows didn’t block out the over head lights so we kept waking up because it was so bright in the room.

Since checkout is 11, you could possibly waste all morning being first come. The desk clerk who checked me in showed no interest in being friendly, never smiled, was short with me and did not review the wifi access so I had to go back. The other clerks I interacted with were great.

Cons: The room was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. The “porch” that you see in the photos is for only a few of the guests. The rest are tiny little rugs adjacent to the parking lot. The pools lattice surround had huge holes in it and the hole in the asphalt of the parking lot was about 3.5 feet long, 10 inches wide and 12” deep enough to wreck a car. The rental bikes had plants growing through them.

Cons: The rooms were exceptionally small, the pool is probably the smallest pool I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The pool bar was never open partially due to the weather. Went to make spa reservations but the spa is closed on Sunday. Took 1520 minutes to get the hot water to come in the shower, there was absolutely no place to put your clothes we had to fold them up and put them on the sofa . There was no need to have a sofa in the room because you couldn’t even move around it would been better to put a drawer to put your clothes.

Cons: Our room is not on the main house. it is across the street in the attic. Very old and runned down. We were on the second floor attic. The roof is so low i have woken up in the middle of the night and knocked my head. The bathroom has small insects crawling i'm not sure if it's fleas. I feel like we have to constantly bend over to move around the room.

Cons: I've stayed at Waldorf Astoria properties before, and this one just didn't quite match up: I requested a king room and we got a room with two doubles and there was nothing else available; one of the pillowcases upon arrival to the room appeared to be smeared with dried blood from someone's nose and when we asked the front desk to replace it, they said they would do it right away but it wasn't changed until the next day; the housekeeping staff didn't seem to have a checklist of any sort, because every day something was missing (towels, coffee pods, water). The common spaces were lovely but - fully aware we had booked a room at a discounted rate - the room was pretty dingy, which surprised me for a WA property.

Cons: The resort was nice but it had a few down falls to it. The piers located on the property were damaged and closed. The staff was not very informative and semi friendly. The breakfast on the resort was super expensive. There was not jacuzzi or hot tub and the beach barely had access to the water, only a small piece of the area you could walk from the sand into the water. The rest of it was lines with large boulders or rocks. The pool area did not have any shallow areas for small children and no splash pads.

Cons: Not enough bathrooms for so many people, the air conditioning in the lowr beds was much too cold and very loud. There was no good possibility to charge your mobile phone or small lamp at the bed to read while others want to sleep.

Cons: The building is dated and worn, it part of its charm. It worked great for us. We were concerned with the room next to ours they were loud and smoking heavy (the smoking came in our window). The concern ended quickly and the guys next to us ended up being no problem at all.

Cons: There was loud construction at 8 am right outside our door, the layout was very confusing, and we were hit with last minute fees. The room was that of any cheap hotel... It was not worth the thousands of dollars we spent to stay here.

Cons: Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Not a great room. Terrible smell caused by seaweed (not the fault of the hotel). I was expecting something much better based on the images. Nearly checked out the day I arrived but decided to stick with it. Pool was nice (just about far enough from the seaweed).

Cons: The hotel was in very poor condition, and although it is scheduled to be closed for renovations, there is no way it should be operational, in its current condition without disclosure. To add insult to injury, the beach was so loaded with seaweed, the odor was horrendous. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in 20 years.

Cons: Unfortunately lots of seagrass prevented us from swimming. Overload of people in Pool and therefore pool got dirty. Seagrass is out of control for Hotel but Pool should be maintaained properly

Cons: Hotel Room AC did not work well room was warm and humid. Shower water took several minutes to warm up. Room and bathroom doors were rusty and dirty. Valet parking is only option and Valet guys don't want to work early morning and take forever to get car.
