The rooms were small but thoughtfully appointed. The cafe was decent and there is no shortage of great food nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great value! Located almost midway between the two nearest train lines made getting around a bit more work.
1. Friendly staff 2. Cleanliness 3. Convenient, on Pudu, Within walking distance of Bukit Bintang 4. Decent restaurants 1. Pricing Ringgit @3.3 to the USD, 10% overcharge! 2. Weak, slow WiFi, no CAT5 connection. 3. Few TV channels 4. Tiny pool, gym.
Family room was good!
The location is good and nearby to bukit bintang At the time of check in our room was not ready... so we had to wait couple of hours in reception...
I was very sick while staying at the Hotel and the staff assisted by getting a Doctor & Nurse to attend me in my room.
only cold water in shower, remote control was broken, no one did anything for these thing when we said to reception when we arrived to hotel
City location but construction in neighborhood detracted from the convenience of hotel location. Lack of proper sidewalks getting to and from hotel
The hotel was in a good location between Bukit Bintang and China Town. Breakfast wasn't amazing but did the job. There was no free wireless internet. The free shuttle is pointless. Everything is walking distance anyway.
Location is ok Room is dirty Bathroom is dirty No towels
yes the pool
Not much Not clean and not comfertable.
The hotel is close to Jalan Alor and about a 15 minute walk to Pavillion Mall, Bukit Bintang, and Bar Street. The facilities of this hotel are completely outdated and in need of serious repair and upgrading to warren the price. The hotel smells of mildew, has old carpets, and all of the fixtures and furniture are worn. The staff tries to help, but they have limited power and can be snippy. We needed a roll away bed and when it finally came to the room (we asked at check in and had to call 2 more times) it had bed bugs and my legs were bitten incessantly over night. Additionally, our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel insisted it was smoke free. Finally, we needed a taxi to KL Sentra at 2:30 am. We told them well in advance and they wouldn't help. They told me to use GrabCar instead.
Hotel was close to Chinatown, BD Plaza, and other shopping plazas. Rooms decor was quite old, staff gave wrong information on tours and travel, and the even though we asked for non-smoking room the room still was stinking with the smell.
location The restaurant for the residences on level 6 was very poor. The food was ill prepared, cold and poor service. I had to send back a loaf of bread back that was full of mould - the chef should have seen that before putting it out. The hot food was cool and the cold food was warm - very disapointing on variety and presentation.
Excellent value for money; great location. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff were good but not great; so long as you don't require anything special from them (re: I had to fax things internationally from the from desk, which took ages, and they gave me incorrect phone messages) they are fine. For all other purposes, hotel was excellent.
It is located in heart of the city and good for shopping and touring around the city.
The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the location is at very strategic place near the china town, the room is clean. It is too expensive for the room that small, there is no safe deposit box in the room, the breakfast is too standard and tasteless.
The location in China town. The room was not very clean when we check in. I did complain to the reception but nobody came to clean it the same day. The morning after I told it to the cleaning staff and they clean it well.
Well, the bed was comfortable and the room is in the high floor where we can get a good view of the city. the aircon was noisy, there was no toothpaste nor toothbrush.there wasnt any slippers.there was no swimming pool.
Well, to put it short, these are somewhat 3* (if not less!) rooms in a 4* building. The hotel could have been all right for an overnight stay at a lower price, but certainly not if you were about 4* service. Major problems were strong smell of paint and extremely noisy air-conditioning. A number of small yet annoying faults, such as absence of towels, blocked sink etc. - adding up to a definitely negative impression.
Perfect location in china town, friendly staff who greet you at all times and a good breakfast buffet No complaints only a remark that the tv only had 15 channels most of them being chineese and malay, also i found the elevator to be very very slow ( stayed on the 13th floor
Tthe view from our room. We looked right at the Petronas Towers. You can hear the streetnoise through the closed windows at night...
its location the room was not properly tidy-up. spoilt hairdryer
One of the receptionist name Susan was so helpful on my arriver and based on this I might be going back for a vacation trip The food was not up to standard. I order meatball and it was all burned when served
Close to KL's excellent railway network. Located in a vibrant area that is of interest to tourists. Their restaurant advertisers and charges for 'mineral water' but serves opened bottles of what is probably tap water. My room had no window or natural light.
None at all. I don't think that I will stay at that hotel again The hotel room are small. No bar fridge and the staff are not well train.
Friendly staff, clean good location, nice breakfast.
Centrally located Language of staff. They do not understand English properly.
The location the breakfast and the location
It's very convenient to go anywhere
The hotel staff is friend and willing to help. The location. it is difficult to locate the hotel for those who drive.
Although I had booked a Deluxe Room with a Queen size bed, we only got two single beds and we had to manage somehow for 3 nights with two single beds
Quite central Arrived to find trainee staff booking us into rooms which were totally poor in quality compared to what was advertised on website. Made to wait for over an hour before the hotel manager arrived and was offered only one room booked as promised (for a group of 6). A group had to stay in substandard room. The room had begbugs too. Will not be recommending to others.
The staff were very helpful the rooms have poor airconditioning
Convenience, comfort, easy to locate, safety and staff are friendly too.
quite near to town center.Quite convinience for drive trip.
Very helpful staff. Convenient location for China town and trains.
Convenient & Clean
It is a good family hotel. The prices are reasonable and facilities are of good standard.
Nothing. I found the hotel horrible. Bad location, poor views of the city and extremely dirty. Hairs in the bathtub, absolutely filthy. Staff not very friendly, they gave us a double room instead of a twin, was difficult to change it. Wi fi worked only next to the rooter. The landline phone did not work also.
Sorry, nothing about the hotel is to my satisfactory. I would never stay at this hotel again. Everything, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel.
i just want to relax after office hour.. i'm not sure, beside spa, what else services Midah has? Parking space too narrow and limited/
The good location : in 5 min. You are in China Town and in 20 min. to Petronas. 1.st) The cleanliness of bathroom isn't the maximum. 2.nd )My booking rate was 113,05RM and I paid at the check-out 130,00RM .
There were not many choices of food for breakfast. I stayed there for 3 nights and every morning I ate the same thing.... Another thing was that there were not many shops nearby. I had to walk for about 15 minutes to get to the nearest 7-11.
Close to the Mono rail and China Town The selection for breakfast was the same and very limited. The room was a bit stuffy with not being able to open the windows. Was not offered a non smoking room.
It's gonna be old and need to renew.
the view is good , we can see the twin tower. why don't have water machine for drink, is really a 3-star hotel? even 2-star hotel have one.
The location is quite good ; the room was clean and even better that i expected for that price /// breakfast was super bad ! Well, we paid by cash straight away for 5 days on check-in . The next day i got the letter from booking.com telling that we didnt check in so the hotel charged my credit card!! I asked at the reception but first they didnt understand what i was saying and answering like " Yes, we charged the credit card " ..."yes, you paid by cash" ????what????? Well, im not the english native speaker so i usually never complain about how others speak english but it was really the first time i had such hard times talking to receptionists ....the long story short they said that it was their mistake and they r going to give the money back.......still waiting..........also the a/c didnt work properly and it was kind of very hot at nights .
Very good place to spend a night with such a affordable prize! Rooms are clean, toilets are good and the breakfast is ok ok. If you want to stay in KL just for a night with all basic needs, this is the perfect hotel. There nothing to see around the hotel...
The family room size is quite suitable to me because i have 3 kids age from 7 to 11 years old. Within working distance to monorail station and petaling street.Free shuttle services to Bukit bintang shopping centre and KL Tower save me transportation charges. The room bed sheet has some ants and the window locker was broken.
Good parking, very close to Chinatown, the room was fine, very comfortable pillow Choice for breakfast limited
Good Location poor Brackfast
free car parking , big rooms , one of the staff is very active and helpful his name is Islam never change the bed sheet , not clean towels , poor room service , really annoying calls at checkout time , no tissue
