Pros: The place was immaculate and the amenities were great. I spent only 2 days and 1 night. It was way too short. I wish I had taken pictures. The room was well stocked with adequate toiletries, towels, body products and more. One very good thing was that it was CENTRAL...just perfect, right at the train station basically. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was great!

Pros: Clean and well kept room. Spacious and great bed. Very attentive staff and accomodate my request swiftly. The hotel are connected to kl sentral main station, it makes it easier for you to travel around Kuala Lumpur. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around the property. And I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. You won’t regret.

Pros: St regis is not only clean and comfortable, it is also a very luxurious experience. The staffs are very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Interior of the hotel is very beautiful. My fiance and I will always make it a point to come back at least once a year to escape the city and indulge in what the hotel has to offer.

Cons: Location was not that great - far from everything during rush hour- there was a drilling noise that disturbed us the whole time we were there and the AC was leaking on the ground in front of the guest bathroom in our suite and my husband slipped... even the bell captain saw this when he came to get the bags and they only complimented our room service charges! A situation like this in any other place in the world could have led to us taking a legal action against the hotel but we were in a hurry to rush to the airport so I had no time to take any action. However, they should have kindly not charged us for the last night as the AC was leaking everywhere. Not to mention they did nothing to apologize for the noise of the drilling that was coming from outside the hotel which is completely out of our hands and they didn’t even offer to move us to a different suite. I was very disappointed on my honeymoon.

Cons: We stay at Astor Suite, it supposed to come with buttler. But twice we called the buttler to pick up the dirty plates, both didn't come. Its difficult to call buttler and front desk, need to call several times. Then they will answer. No kids facilities, swimming pool for adult only. We checked in at 5pm and still have to wait because the room is not ready. Ended up checking in at 5.40pm and we found underwear from previous guest in the toilet. they allowed us to checked out at 2pm tho

Cons: Staff service was poor especially coming from a 5 star luxury hotel. I’ve called to enquire about room reservations and afternoon tea at Dining room. Staff promised to get back but never came back to me about enquiry. This is from two separate occasions.The only good service came from technicians and butler. The service from staff at the main lobby was dismal. I was told that my room wasn’t ready for an hour despite being informed that check in was at 3pm. They told me that the guest before was given late check out. Staff should have called or emailed to inform prior. It was also Christmas time during our stay and there was a lack of friendliness and warmth from staff. On Christmas morning, staff didn’t greet or wish you. They don’t even offer help to take photos.

Right next to Little India and all of its food options, and next to both the train station (trains, subway & monorails) and a mall with a nice movie theater. Don't skip out on breakfast at the hotel, it is fantastic. Happy hour by the pool on the roof provides a nice view of the skyline as the sun goes down.

Pros: Exceeded my expectations. Great staff, friendly attitudes. First time upgraded to executive level and it was eye opening. Drinks and light food served 2-3 times a day with a view from the 33rd floor executive lounge, all free for executive level. Really enjoyed the hotel and would return. Pretty big gym, real yoga mats, sauna I didn't get to try but will next time. Great bed and shower.

Cons: Unclean, and nobody came to clean it during a 7 night stay. I saw cockroaches. The place looked nothing like the photos. The staff were mostly unhelpful, check in process was unclear as was check out process. It was also extremely noisy, mainly noise coming from the staff on the same floor. Thin walls, thin ceilings = very little sleep over the week. Extra charges also levied which were not apparent when I made the booking. Problems with the internet meant I had to ask repeatedly for a decent connection. And one of the blinds was broken. Even after having it fixed t continued to break. Overall very disappointed. Quite a stressful experience and not made to feel valued as a guest by the staff. Extremely overpriced - would be prepared to pay maybe a quarter of the price. Do not recommend.

Pros: The building is really nice with a restaurant and small grocery shop in it. The location is also excellent. The building has excellent security with key card access to the accommodation entrance.
Cons: There is a cleaning charge of RM60 which isn't immediately evident when you select the room. The made a big difference to the cost of the room.

Cons: The rooms are small. The background noise from the backyard of the hotel, mostly from the compressors of air conditioning was bothersome. There was no view from the backyard window that didn't benefit me.

Earlier, after booking online, I phoned to request for back view, the receptionist replied '"ok", but did not say room has no windows. Advertisment also does say windowless. On check in the young round lady with dark sun tan said bluntly that I booked the room catogory that is windowless.
