They change me to a different room I arrived to my room and the door was ajar with the security bolt out. The heat was at max and a strong odor was in the room. I reduced heat to AC mode and went to dinner in Brentwood. I returned to my room and the chemical odor from them cleaning the carpet sent my allergies into orbit. I was sick even when transferd to another room. I checked out a day early to get free of that place. Shame on them! The intentionally assigned that room to a customer knowing the carpet fumes were bad
Clean and well appointed. WiFi was undependable and staff untrained to handle that.
During check in I asked what it would cost to upgrade to an available King room as I had booked a room with Queen sized beds. They had only an executive suite available, but still upgraded my stay at no cost!:) The staff was extremely friendly, and the free breakfast in the morning was quite good.
Can hear I-24 all of the time.
Front desk staff were very kind. No heat in the room for 2 nights. Damaged and unclean carpet. Dogs barking day and night, and jumping all over us in the hallway and elevator. No chair other than desk chair and it is broken. We are getting a new La Quinta here in our city. I hope it is better than what we experienced. It will be hard for me to recommend it.
We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there everything was nice. The staff was friendly, the room was typical for a Hampton, and the food was good. The outside of the hotel looks kind of shabby, but the inside makes up for that.
Everything was surprisingly great. Not spectacular but was more than I expected given the bargain. N/A
Breakfast Distance to Nashville and difficulty getting to the Hotel off of the expressway
Everything. Except pillows The pillows way too soft stayed at other hamptoms had a variety of pillows on each bed
I asked the front desk to call me a cab to pick me up at 6. They did and the person came on time and when I walked out to get in I told the woman hello and she rudely said hold on and walked right past me into the lobby to go talk to the front desk person. She came back out and seemed annoyed that it was just me needing the car. (I also noticed right away that she didn't have any sort of taxi light or information in her car which makes me think this was just a friend of the front desk guy). I told her where I wanted to go and she seemed annoyed that I wasn't going to the popular Nashville strip and told me it would be $35. I then told her I only had a card and she tried refusing service saying that she didn't have her card reader with her. I told her I only had a card and she tried saying she would take me to an ATM. I said no and she looked back and said "so what are we going to do?" I replied I was going to have to call another cab company and she magically remembered that there was another way to take a card and we finally got on our way. What should've been a 20 minute drive turned into 45 minutes with someone calling her phone off the hook so she kept missing turns from the GPS and took me through the shadiest part of Nashville. When we finally reached the address she pointed to a building and said that was where I needed to go. I paid her and she left and I noticed the number on the building was incorrect. I pulled out my phone and looked up where the place was and she had dropped me off 1.4 miles away from my destination! As a female traveling alone for work in an unfamiliar city I was scared and uncomfortable and couldn't call the cab place back because the hotel had called them for me and I didn't know the number. When my husband called the hotel to explain what had happened they were completely unsympathetic and said I needed to just call the cab company and complain to them. This place is in the middle of nowhere and the staff do not care about putting you in dangerous situations.
Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good (waffles with berries or chocolate chips as an option, eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal with berries or brown sugar as an option, Danishes, bagels, toast, mixed seasonal fruit, yogurt, multiple cereals...the list goes on and on. The desk staff was very attentive and always smiling. It was an awesome time overall!!! The only thing that bothered us upon arrival was that the pool was closed for maintenance because of the ph levels. The lady at the front desk told us that the hotel across the road was letting us use theirs. We were disappointed about having to share a pool with 2 hotels' worth of guests, but it was WONDERFUL!!! We even had it to ourselves for a while and only shared with one other family the rest of the time. The pool at our hotel was back up and running before breakfast the next morning. We really appreciated the lady at the front desk going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay!!! It was awesome!!!
We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I just wanted to take a small trip to Nashville. This hotel was nice bc it was only about 20min away from the city and not a bad price for 3 nights. (Around $330) The staff was very friendly and our room was always clean when we returned. The breakfast is better than any hotel breakfast I have previously had. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is pretty basic but if that is what you are looking for it is the perfect place to stay. We have no complaints and when we travel we typically try to stay at a Hampton Inn bc they are pretty consistent.
Staff is very helpful and courteous Clean but not immaculate
Friendly and helpful staff. People at desk did what they could to answer all questions and give directions. Hotel is clean and in a good location for our trip to see Nashville Original reservation was lost. Reserved two king rooms, only one was available. Other couple received a double room on first night. That room had a clogged bathtub. They got the king room the following day. Not a good start but ended ok. They were comped the first night for the inconvenience
The location and the room were really better than we thought they would be. We would have rated them higher but the second room had a bathroom leak that no one would fix. We had 2 rooms, and one was great. The second had a commode that overflowed to about 1 inch or more of water in the bathroom. We called the hotel, but they said that no one could respond. They just gave us a bunch of towels, and the commode quit working
I liked that it was 3 minutes from the Smyrna Airport. I did not like that the rooms smelled like smoke, the continental breakfast was an absolute joke, and the morning shift hotel clerk was rude / sarcastic with customers.
Flat screen TV . King size bed Price. Would have been fine for $---a night but not for $--- a night.
The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Booking was easy. They were very unorganized and had us in a room that wasn't prepared for us at first. Then they tried to put another patron in our room. Pool was closed, and we were wanting to swim. Overall, good booking, bad hotel management.
internet failed at 8 AM CST. Towel rack came off the wall. Downstairs ice machine ran out of ice at 8 AM CST. Limited breakfast. No decaf coffee I could see. Nice people. Only available motel not booked. See above.
Nothing The room was dirty. Housekeeping did not chanel bedding, it was stinky. They did not clean on a daily basis. I had to ask them for towels, ice buckets and other essentials. The night shift on the weekend had a nasty attitude.
Room was absolutely disgusting front desk was no help on getting the room cleaned however the room look like it was still occupied when I checked in at 10 o'clock at night. Oh and get this, I paid --- freaking dollars for the room.

Location Needs to be updated. Room was nice but Garage sale furniture and décor. Bathroom was old and needed to be repaired and tub replaced. Nothing special for breakfast as they ran out of items so early risers got the worms.
The hotel said they were doubled booked-- we had no reservation See above
We arrived and was told they did not have our room Poor management
My second room was clean, had excellent water pressure, and lots of channels. My first room had roaches, holes in the covers, and the shower head fell off.
The transvestite hooker walking around the balconies was bad enough. But the fighting at 12:30am between the mexican and the black man outside my window was inexcusable.
Overall, this hotel provided reasonably priced accommodation with easy, swift access to Nashville. The manager, Mrs Patel, was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
The staff was excellent; very accommodating to our needs!!!
Clean huge room. Too expensive but there was a marathon in Nashville

this is a very nice hotel. It is located right on the interstate. Our room was very clean, and handicapped accessible as we requested. The beds were also comfortable. Each bed had four pillows which is what a like. The elevator well hardly any wait Being on the interstate there is some noise from passing trucks, we were on the front of the Building facing the road, The noise was loud at first but I quickly acclimated. I was aware that the distance was far from downtown
this was the best hotel ever the breakfast was excellent the staff were great the room were excellent if I ever go to another state this hotel will be my choice. nothing
My second time staying here in the past two weeks The staff was nice and professional. Check in was timely and efficient, as was check out. The breakfast was great and the eating area well maintained. The room was spacious enough and clean. Entrance driveway is a bit step and car bumper scrapes.....maybe a sign warning of such would be in order.
front desk staff and room staff were very helpful and nice parking lot entrance a little too steep....front of car scrapes
It was clean and beds were very comfortable. The pillows were lumpy.
The staff hotel employee he was very helpful...cleaning staff was polite. Love the beds....thank you. Only thing was busy on Saturday need two workers.

The hotel was easy to find and the front desk person was very helpful. When we got to the room, the bathroom light was out. He came up and changed it later on himself. Didn't see many hotel employees throughout the stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and I loved having all the nice fluffy pillows. There were 4 on each bed. My son used one, and put the other one on the floor as he doesn't like all the pillows. The pool was refreshingly cold.... Breakfast was a deluxe continental, again didn't see any hotel employees, but the area was well stocked.
Great location, very nice room, clean, very comfortable bed. Check-in clerk very friendly & helpful even though it was 1:00 am, but check-out clerk kind of sullen. Lobby & breakfast area very well appointed & pleasant but looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Pool chlorine smell very, very strong (could smell it in lobby) which, as swim coaches, we know means pool very dirty and not well maintained. Overall, a nice place. Would stay there again. Maybe just hit it on a bad day.
It's proximity to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Our bathroom was not very clean and the hotel room was dated. I don't think it needs to be rated 2 1/2 star. It needs to be below that. I wonder if hotels keep certain rooms available for Priceline and the rooms are lower quality? Just a thought.
The Breakfast was Amazing best Hotel Breakfast I ever had. I killed 4 Stink Bugs in my room in one night. It throw my sleep off The room was great besides the bugs.
The room was great! Lots of room. Comfy bed. The bathtub was a little dirty.
Convient to interstate 24. Nice pool and hot tub. No treatment of ice in front and parking area.
Location They were renovating in the area next to our room. The hall was congested when we wer leaving. We had small black ants in our room. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we got there, there had been an 'incident' with a small child...
arrived late at night and the front desk welcomed us with a smile Not a thing
The place had been recently renovated and the place was very quiet. The lady at the front desk was rude, was unwilling to let us have a king room even though there were very few guests and then we had to share our room with ants.
Right off the highway, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. not really
Good customer service at check in NA
We appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was a decent variety of food available on the breakfast bar. For those staying multiple days, changing the breakfast items a little would be better.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again.
Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room was clean and hotel looked nice. In a great area that is easily accessed from the interstate. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The room itself was great. Spacious and comfortable. The hotel elevator was sketchy, and some small trash was in the hallways.
Right off the Interstate at Exit 66. Close to shopping and restaurants. Bed comfortable, in-room refrigerated worked and did not freeze food. Staff very nice, who was very accommodating about room choice. Fresh lemon water in lobby Bathroom is very nice, but there is no exhaust fan.
The room was very nice, the breakfast was wonderful, and I really enjoyed staying there.
The early day receptionist was always polite and talkative with a kind word and a smile. Breakfast was not bad and the fridge in the room kept things cold. In the evenings sometimes there would be a little trash on the floor in the elevator. Small thing but noticeable.
The location was the only positive thing about this hotel. One ice machine was surrounded by dead bugs, & I took photos of this uncleanliness. The breakfast was subpar. The toilet seat in the first room I was given was not cleaned. The front desk agent asked ME to go next door to ask guests to tone it down. Wow!
Clean, roomy, friendly staff at checkin.
Very very clean. Recently renovated. Staff very friendly and extra helpful No. liked everything
There was nothing remarkable The housekeeping was poor. Linens on both beds smelled sour, as if they had sat wet in the washer for a while. Bathroom smelled slightly of urine. I re-cleaned it myself.
Very clean, new paint, new bedding. Well-lit parking lot. Fridge and microwave were nice. Bathroom smelled very slightly like smoke. Limited parking.
NOTHING First when we checked in we were told that our reservation had been cancelled and if we wanted to stay we would have to pay over $90 a night instead of the $68 that we booked. Come to find out every hotel was booked because of a convention so I guess they figured they would make a few extra bucks. When I tried to talk to the clerk he would purposely look away from me and talk to my husband so the staff was RUDE and disrespectful. Our room smelled so bad and air freshner did not help. The cleaning staff tried to force us to open the door even after we told them we didn't need it, the floor flooded and got everything wet. When we went to get our money back for the second night because of all this they have us 30 mom to get out. So if want to be lied to tricked insulted and anything stay here but if u don't stay far far away.
The internet was really fast. You pay what you get for.
The Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The rooms are nice since renovation. Location is bad, it's in a poorer area. They are renovating the hotel so there are workers staying there and smoking outside the front door. So both staff and workers are dragging in nasty cigarette smoke.
The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The pool was closed.
The room was nice. The hotel is in a shady area & is under construction. You drive by an abandoned building to get there and the driveway isn't well maintained. The hotel will be nice when they finish construction, but it's DEFINITELY not a 2.5 star right now.
The hotel was in a convenient location. We were sent to two rooms that were already occupied. The third room the lady at the front desk went and made sure there wasn't anyone in it. The room had not been vacuumed, there was a lipstick stain on one pillow and two brown spots on the blanket.
Under renovations, but clean. Very convenient location off the interstate. Excellent breakfast.
Nice flat screen TV with multiple HBO channels. Room had been remodeled, sloppily. Overall, clean and acceptable for a place to crash and shower. It was supposed to be a KING and was two double beds instead. Was lacking polish, but had what was needed for a comfortable overnight stay.
Still being renovated but our room was 100% new. Many levels above any other Econo Lodge I have ever seen. Pool/hotub were great features. Like any renovation project there are incomplete areas and building materials. I found that to be easily overlooked.
The breakfast The employees seemed miserable. there were signs in ALL over the place . A fire alarm went off three times between 617 and 645 in the morning
the room was great, staff excellent.

They are updating the decor. My room had new tile, furniture, and lighting fixtures. Location is between major interstate & a busy rail line. Room was dirty. Reported blood on the wall in the bathroom & it was never cleaned. Curtains dirty. Night staff was unfriendly. Signage throughout hotel threatened major fines for various offenses.
