Cons: I arrived to my room and the door was ajar with the security bolt out. The heat was at max and a strong odor was in the room. I reduced heat to AC mode and went to dinner in Brentwood. I returned to my room and the chemical odor from them cleaning the carpet sent my allergies into orbit. I was sick even when transferd to another room. I checked out a day early to get free of that place. Shame on them! The intentionally assigned that room to a customer knowing the carpet fumes were bad
Pros: Clean and well appointed.
Cons: WiFi was undependable and staff untrained to handle that.

Pros: Pool area was nice as was the fitness area. The location was excellent. Breakfast was also really good.
Cons: The shower had a lot of stains in it, as well as mildew. The walls of the room also had a ton of stains on it. I feel it could have definitely used some remodeling.
Pros: Cllean, quiet, and friendly. Pool and hot tub were inviting and fun. Breakfast was very good as well. Lots of different options to choose from.
Pros: The cleanliness! I don't think the cleaning crew get enough praise, but this crew was flawless! Immaculate!!
Cons: Non-stop slamming of doors at 7am, but that's the rude guests, not the hotels fault.
Pros: Favorite hotel we have stayed at on our road trips to florida from Minnesota. Clean well kept property. Great beds. Warm pool.
Cons: The hot tub was weird. No jets just bubbles that basically splash you in the face when you are sitting in the hot tub.
Pros: My second time staying here in the past two weeks The staff was nice and professional. Check in was timely and efficient, as was check out. The breakfast was great and the eating area well maintained. The room was spacious enough and clean.
Cons: Entrance driveway is a bit step and car bumper scrapes.....maybe a sign warning of such would be in order.
Pros: this is a very nice hotel. It is located right on the interstate. Our room was very clean, and handicapped accessible as we requested. The beds were also comfortable. Each bed had four pillows which is what a like. The elevator well hardly any wait
Cons: Being on the interstate there is some noise from passing trucks, we were on the front of the Building facing the road, The noise was loud at first but I quickly acclimated. I was aware that the distance was far from downtown
Pros: front desk staff and room staff were very helpful and nice
Cons: parking lot entrance a little too steep....front of car scrapes
Pros: The staff hotel employee he was very helpful...cleaning staff was polite. Love the beds....thank you.
Cons: Only thing was busy on Saturday need two workers.
Pros: It was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The pillows were lumpy.
Pros: The staff was excellent; very accommodating to our needs!!!
Pros: this was the best hotel ever the breakfast was excellent the staff were great the room were excellent if I ever go to another state this hotel will be my choice.

Pros: We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there everything was nice. The staff was friendly, the room was typical for a Hampton, and the food was good.
Cons: The outside of the hotel looks kind of shabby, but the inside makes up for that.
Pros: Staff is very helpful and courteous
Cons: Clean but not immaculate
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good (waffles with berries or chocolate chips as an option, eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal with berries or brown sugar as an option, Danishes, bagels, toast, mixed seasonal fruit, yogurt, multiple cereals...the list goes on and on. The desk staff was very attentive and always smiling. It was an awesome time overall!!!
Cons: The only thing that bothered us upon arrival was that the pool was closed for maintenance because of the ph levels. The lady at the front desk told us that the hotel across the road was letting us use theirs. We were disappointed about having to share a pool with 2 hotels' worth of guests, but it was WONDERFUL!!! We even had it to ourselves for a while and only shared with one other family the rest of the time. The pool at our hotel was back up and running before breakfast the next morning. We really appreciated the lady at the front desk going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay!!! It was awesome!!!
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. People at desk did what they could to answer all questions and give directions. Hotel is clean and in a good location for our trip to see Nashville
Cons: Original reservation was lost. Reserved two king rooms, only one was available. Other couple received a double room on first night. That room had a clogged bathtub. They got the king room the following day. Not a good start but ended ok. They were comped the first night for the inconvenience
Pros: We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I just wanted to take a small trip to Nashville. This hotel was nice bc it was only about 20min away from the city and not a bad price for 3 nights. (Around $330) The staff was very friendly and our room was always clean when we returned. The breakfast is better than any hotel breakfast I have previously had. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is pretty basic but if that is what you are looking for it is the perfect place to stay. We have no complaints and when we travel we typically try to stay at a Hampton Inn bc they are pretty consistent.
Pros: Everything was surprisingly great. Not spectacular but was more than I expected given the bargain.
Cons: I asked the front desk to call me a cab to pick me up at 6. They did and the person came on time and when I walked out to get in I told the woman hello and she rudely said hold on and walked right past me into the lobby to go talk to the front desk person. She came back out and seemed annoyed that it was just me needing the car. (I also noticed right away that she didn't have any sort of taxi light or information in her car which makes me think this was just a friend of the front desk guy).
I told her where I wanted to go and she seemed annoyed that I wasn't going to the popular Nashville strip and told me it would be $35. I then told her I only had a card and she tried refusing service saying that she didn't have her card reader with her. I told her I only had a card and she tried saying she would take me to an ATM. I said no and she looked back and said "so what are we going to do?" I replied I was going to have to call another cab company and she magically remembered that there was another way to take a card and we finally got on our way.
What should've been a 20 minute drive turned into 45 minutes with someone calling her phone off the hook so she kept missing turns from the GPS and took me through the shadiest part of Nashville. When we finally reached the address she pointed to a building and said that was where I needed to go. I paid her and she left and I noticed the number on the building was incorrect. I pulled out my phone and looked up where the place was and she had dropped me off 1.4 miles away from my destination! As a female traveling alone for work in an unfamiliar city I was scared and uncomfortable and couldn't call the cab place back because the hotel had called them for me and I didn't know the number.
When my husband called the hotel to explain what had happened they were completely unsympathetic and said I needed to just call the cab company and complain to them.
This place is in the middle of nowhere and the staff do not care about putting you in dangerous situations.
Cons: Distance to Nashville and difficulty getting to the Hotel off of the expressway
Pros: Everything. Except pillows
Cons: The pillows way too soft stayed at other hamptoms had a variety of pillows on each bed

Pros: During check in I asked what it would cost to upgrade to an available King room as I had booked a room with Queen sized beds. They had only an executive suite available, but still upgraded my stay at no cost!:) The staff was extremely friendly, and the free breakfast in the morning was quite good.
Pros: Front desk staff were very kind.
Cons: No heat in the room for 2 nights.
Damaged and unclean carpet.
Dogs barking day and night, and jumping all over us in the hallway and elevator.
No chair other than desk chair and it is broken.
We are getting a new La Quinta here in our city. I hope it is better than what we experienced. It will be hard for me to recommend it.
Cons: Can hear I-24 all of the time.

Pros: The front desk staff was excellent. We needed a 'crib' for our son and they provided a pack-n-play. Also, on Sunday, when we went down for breakfast, the staff was very helpful. They provided a booster seat for my son and even cleared our plates.
Pros: Definitely the free breakfast....so yummy
Cons: The guy at the front desk was rude and ran my card incorrectly but the manager corrected everything so I have no complaints
Pros: Convient to interstate 24. Nice pool and hot tub.
Cons: No treatment of ice in front and parking area.
Pros: The place had been recently renovated and the place was very quiet.
Cons: The lady at the front desk was rude, was unwilling to let us have a king room even though there were very few guests and then we had to share our room with ants.
Pros: The Breakfast was Amazing best Hotel Breakfast I ever had.
Cons: I killed 4 Stink Bugs in my room in one night. It throw my sleep off The room was great besides the bugs.
Pool was small, but was the appropriate temperature and great for the kids
Pros: Good customer service at check in
Pros: arrived late at night and the front desk welcomed us with a smile
Cons: Not a thing
Good free breakfast.
Pros: The room was great! Lots of room. Comfy bed.
Cons: The bathtub was a little dirty.
The night before and it had to remain closed for 24 hours. When we got back to the hotel the following day, the pool was still closed. The person at the front desk didn't know the pool was closed. When I told him what the guy had said the night before, he took the sign down without checking with anyone. Seemed strange to me. Also, the area being renovated was the breakfast area. They had set up the interim breakfast area in2 adjoining rooms. The sign near the lobby had a narrow pointing down the hall. There were no signs indicating where the breakfast was. Almost everyone passed it up before they found it. A simple sign covering the room numbers would have made a huge difference. The hotel did not seem to be managed well. It seemed like there were a few simple things they could have done to make things easier for their guests but didn't seem to even think about it. The lady at the desk did give me a discount because of the ants. I didn't say anything about it during the stay because I had my Grandkids with me and I didn't want them to spray any chemicals while we were there.
Cons: They were renovating in the area next to our room. The hall was congested when we wer leaving. We had small black ants in our room. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we got there, there had been an 'incident' with a small child...
Excellent service, great location about 20 minutes to Vanderbilt football stadium. I would stay here again.
Pros: Right off the highway, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Cons: not really
The hotel itself was in pretty good shape. The breakfast was blah. They were out of juice, trashes we're overflowing. The fitness room was great!
Pros: It's proximity to shopping and a variety of restaurants.
Cons: Our bathroom was not very clean and the hotel room was dated. I don't think it needs to be rated 2 1/2 star. It needs to be below that. I wonder if hotels keep certain rooms available for Priceline and the rooms are lower quality? Just a thought.

Pros: Location was good. Good location for smokers
Cons: Room was non smoking room, but there was obviously serious smokers in the room at some point. When I explained this to the front desk, he came to the room and denied smelling smoke/poor air quality. I have allergies and explained that I could not stay in that room because I was just getting over a sinus infection. After deciding to leave the hotel, the front desk attendant offered another room. I'm not sure why he didn't offer that initially. At that point, I had already booked another room at a nonsmoking hotel down the street. The air was so heavy in this particular room that when I walked in the hallway I felt like a bag was removed from my head. I would not recommend staying at this property, not only due to the smoke, but due to customer service. I have no reason to fabricate breathing issues. These people do not care anything about the conditions of their rooms. If you have any issues with smoke, allergies, or if you desire to inhale decent quality air then stay away from this place. No one has money to make unnecessary doctor's appointments due to a smoke filled environment.
Cons: The manager(Linda H.) withheld my receipt upon checkout, saying she had to "check my room".....made negative comments about kids in a large group of respectful black students, and was very and I mean very RUDE and unprofessional to me and other guest. I am a professional and a manager in my field...I have never met a "sales manager" that had absolutely no customer orientation about herself at all...the rooms were not ready, the eggs taste like powder and even the remote control in the rooms looked so nasty and dirty that I simply did not want to touch it!! Pretty bad service and experience....there are several other hotels in that area...I would recommend you try any other than this one!!!! Horrible!!!

Pros: Staff and management kept the place looking good. good breakfast.
Cons: the whirlpool was terrible
Pros: The hotel was OK
Pros: Location is great, just across the street from Rush Truck Center where we were doing business.
Cons: just a very minor item, shower did not have a soap tray and had a curtain that sticks to you..not a nice door. I told you it was a small thing. I would stay again if I need to be in that town.
Pros: Hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly. We stay at this location whenever we are in the area.
Pros: Comfort Suites Smyrna, Tn is the best hotel Ive stayed in, in that area. The staff is the best hands down!!!
Pros: Spacious room
Pros: Staff was awesome.
Pros: New, clean, matressses and sofa bed were comfortable and not worn out
Cons: Wi-fi connection inconsistent; breakfast ended too early-9:00 am
Pros: Good distance to downtown Nashville, very nice, clean bathrooms.
Cons: The sofa bed smelled like urine and liquid came out upon opening, leaving the room with a horrible smell of urine. The front desk person came a half hour later to spray. Calling corporate, they only offered a $20 refund. Not good customer service.
Pros: Location, breakfast
Cons: Room coffee
Pros: Hot breakfast
Cons: Couldn't access the pool and hot tub
Pros: Room was comfortable.
Cons: The evening staff that checked us in was NOT friendly. Having a bad day, or generally rude? The breakfast was cold at 7:45 am in the morning. Thought the breakfast hours were from 6 to 9, and typically food is supposed to be hot for the entire time.

Cons: The place needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. Carpets should be replaced and trim repaired.
Pros: Clean, quiet place to stay. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and chairs.
Cons: The hotel was under renovations so there were a couple of days of paint fumes, but nothing unbearable.
Pros: The employees were the best!!
Pros: Although 5 miles from downtown Nashville it proximity to the freeway made it an easy trip to downtown and entertainment. A great value compared to other Nashville hotels.
Pros: They were very accommodating due to all the traffic we endure to get there because of weather.
Cons: Replace all the filthy worn carpet and the worse mattress on the planet.
Pros: This is a great hotel. We have stayed here many times in recent years. The staff is friendly and the value is very good. My spouse and I highly recommend it. It is getting a well needed renovation and will be even better. The hall way flooring is wearing out and I'm sure the renovations will be there. The rooms are nice and clean - - I have never had a room that was not. We recommend this hote.
Pros: Nice staff, room was good and was overall an enjoyable stay.
Cons: Hallway carpeting could use some attention. Hotel construction seemed a bit hasty/shoddy. Nothing that would prevent an enjoyable stay however.
Pros: Location, cost, comfort, breakfast
Cons: Desk clerk used my card to pay his personal Comcast bill.
I didn't use that card anywhere else in 15 days. Next day of stay, a charge for 250 for Comcast in Nashville showed up. Hotel uses DirecTV. Desk clerk wrote down my card in a paper. I should've stopped him then. Thought nothing of it at the time. Hassle of closing card and getting a new one now, in the middle of my travels.
Pros: It was a good value for the money
Cons: Hard to find and access the property
Pros: Honesty of the current situation of the hotel to explain why some of the elements like floors, furniture are worn out. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Great complimentary breakfast selection in a large dining room. Kayak offered the lowest price they'd seen so that helped.
Cons: Essentially if you didn't know they were a hotel that had has been financially challenged via a mall and businesses closing around it and can't tolerate worn out carpeting as well as some of the furniture you may not like this hotel. But for the honesty and helpfulness the staff provides, reasonable rates, new bathrooms as they are finally able to slowly update and remodel we enjoyed our stay.
Pros: The staff was friendly. We had no issues with the room at all.
Cons: The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not overall too bad.

Cons: The room smelled like smoke, the locks were broken, the curtains were dirty and had holes in them.
Pros: Location was great! Staff was nice.
Cons: Cigarette burns in the bedspread of the non smoking room. Old beat up furniture, safety latch is loose, carpet had a sticky dirty feel to bare feet.
Cons: staff was unprofessional
Cons: The fact that they are charging what they are charging for a hotel and nasty aa this is. I will never ever stay here again!
Cons: Cock rouches
Cons: The hotel is filthy. Beer cans with cigarette butts in the dressers, mold in the bathroom, lights would not work, TV would not work, spiders and cobwebs, curtains would not close, the outside door had a gap that you could see out, traffic and train noise.
Pros: The location and the room were really better than we thought they would be. We would have rated them higher but the second room had a bathroom leak that no one would fix.
Cons: We had 2 rooms, and one was great. The second had a commode that overflowed to about 1 inch or more of water in the bathroom. We called the hotel, but they said that no one could respond. They just gave us a bunch of towels, and the commode quit working
Pros: Flat screen TV . King size bed
Cons: Price. Would have been fine for $---a night but not for $--- a night.
Cons: The room was dirty. Housekeeping did not chanel bedding, it was stinky. They did not clean on a daily basis. I had to ask them for towels, ice buckets and other essentials. The night shift on the weekend had a nasty attitude.
Pros: My second room was clean, had excellent water pressure, and lots of channels.
Cons: My first room had roaches, holes in the covers, and the shower head fell off.
Pros: We arrived and was told they did not have our room
Cons: Poor management
Pros: The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Booking was easy.
Cons: They were very unorganized and had us in a room that wasn't prepared for us at first. Then they tried to put another patron in our room. Pool was closed, and we were wanting to swim. Overall, good booking, bad hotel management.

Cons: The transvestite hooker walking around the balconies was bad enough. But the fighting at 12:30am between the mexican and the black man outside my window was inexcusable.

Cons: People smoking Pot. Was told we would be giving refund and could leave. Called to get refund and they will not give. Dirty on the outside.
Cons: First when we checked in we were told that our reservation had been cancelled and if we wanted to stay we would have to pay over $90 a night instead of the $68 that we booked. Come to find out every hotel was booked because of a convention so I guess they figured they would make a few extra bucks. When I tried to talk to the clerk he would purposely look away from me and talk to my husband so the staff was RUDE and disrespectful. Our room smelled so bad and air freshner did not help. The cleaning staff tried to force us to open the door even after we told them we didn't need it, the floor flooded and got everything wet. When we went to get our money back for the second night because of all this they have us 30 mom to get out. So if want to be lied to tricked insulted and anything stay here but if u don't stay far far away.
Pros: Very clean, new paint, new bedding. Well-lit parking lot. Fridge and microwave were nice.
Cons: Bathroom smelled very slightly like smoke. Limited parking.
