Cons: Confirmation email gave me the wrong address for the pick up location. The address I got didn't exist. When I finally got to the right location, there was no rental car, not the compact I booked. They had one minivan for double the rate I originally booked at. I waited in line, when it was my turn, the man behind the counter told me to wait longer and gave my place in line to a woman behind me for no apparent reason.

Cons: The location listed on kayak was not where the hertz location was. It was 3 miles down the street. When I arrived at 11 for my 11 pickup. No one was there. I had to wait until they came back from lunch. Clearly listed 11 am as a pick up time. Later that night, realized the headlights didn't work. I work 3rd shift. So.... I called and tried to return the car to another location because where I picked up was closed. The other location told me they didn't have an exchange car for me. Called the 24 hour customer service. They told me they would tow me back and forth that night to where ever I had to go but never showed up. Lost a day of pay because hertz said they wouldn't pay a ticket if I was pulled over for the light. Next day traded the car, the next car had working lights but 2 nails in the tire and I had to constantly add air. Couldn't return that car either. Couldn't drive the cars too much drama very inconvenient. Never offered a discount or an apology. Won't be going back here!

Cons: Charged me for additional insurance even after multiple requests not to then wouldn't refund it.

Cons: HERTZ doesn't have a location at the address that was given for Nashville.

Cons: I went to pick up my rental at 7:30am and was told my rental would not be ready until last noon. There are no reasonable Saturday hours and no Sunday hours at the location I chose. I went to return the car at 7:30am and the rep showed up to open up at 7:37am. Kayak quoted the price 58.84 which is to include taxes and fees. Hertz charged me 74.23.

Cons: I am not experienced at car rental nor using your l site. I do know entered the location of the car rental site to be Nashville Airport and when I got there I discovered it was an off site rental. The Airport Hertz Car Rental Desk would not match the remote location price. I had to get a cab and the cab driver could not find the location on the GPS. On the return I was not able to locate the return site. My GPS could not find the location. I asked local people and they did not know where the location was either. My was totally unacceptable and an inconvenience to a point I almost missed my flight, Car was great!

Cons: The charges were different at each location - that is not good. We felt robbed, when it came to reserving and then actually picking up at the airport, then dropping off. The airport charges were much higher. We reserved thru a 3rd party, who neglected to mention the rental wasn't at the airport, even though we booked thru an airline....duh. So we also had to get a shuttle for $40, for a 10 minute drive to a hotel, one way.

Cons: Staff were rude, misinformed, power tripping d-bags.

Cons: The fact that Hertz did not have a car even though I had a confirmed reservation.
