Pros (+) Two single backpacker girls, getting into Bakersfield late (after mid-night). Needed a safe and clean place to crash for the night. This place was excellent in that regard.

Cons (-) The sofa chair was dirty and soiled, the desk had a cigarette burn, very poor quality of room, the fridge didn't work and seal was broken. Poor quality of towels and only 2 provided.

Cons (-) Shifty look Mexican with tattoos and cellphone sitting/guarding stairwell made me nervous. Screaming at motel across street Guy walking around asking for money Did not feel comfortable here
