Friendly staff. However, the surcharges and small print it's a complete rip-off. At the end my car rental with two different insurance coverage was $100 more than advertised!
This is a complete scam. When booking with Kayak, they tell you unlimited miles and give you a set price. Once you arrive to pick up the car, the agreement you paid for is completely different. The unlimited miles is changed to 150 miles a day unless if you agree to pay an additional $25 a day, in addition to what you already paid. The car was horrible. It had a giant dent on side of the car, which the employee refused to mark down, insisting the car had no damage. I had to demand that they mark the damage before I left with the car after showing them a video from the parking lot. The car also had extremely used tires that were completely stripped, so it was 100% smooth and extremely dangerous to drive. Somehow a car that was booked at $22 a day turned into well over $50 a day. Please take your money to enterprise or any other reputable rental car business. I would give this company 0 stars if possible.
Train wreck they charged us $25 a day to take it from Nevada to Utah really then told us it was the law never again
A very scary experience. The shuttle bus driver was ill and couldn’t drive. Fell asleep at a traffic light. Was swerving in and out of lanes and acting very erratic. When I called the company to let them know that this person shouldn’t be driving, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone
The line was very long, waited more than an hour standing in line, hungry & tired, with insufficient staffing and no urgency in the staff to get things going, laid back attitude inspite of the long line. Given a small suv as a substitute, it was quite dirty inside & out, dusty & grimy, seems to have gone on a dirt road, was not cleaned or even wiped down before being rented out to us. Quite a frustrating experience!! Never again.
Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. “Facility” was a trailer in a dirty lot. Inadequate staff for number of customers. “Hidden” charges were ridiculous. Take it or leave it attitude from employees. Vehicle itself was dirty and needed a wash. Interior of vehicle smelled of cigarettes/stale food. Tires needed to be inflated to correct PSI by me. Windshield washer fluid was empty. Very difficult to reach staff via phone. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN
