We loved the EXCELLENT customer service we received when we picked up the car (the person that helped us is named Keti). However, when we got home they told us we damaged the car in 3 places. THIS IS A HORRIBLE LIE!!!! We only went to the hotel, to a wedding reception the next day, back to the hotel, then to a wedding the next day and back to hotel, then the airport. And we always park far away from other vehicles!!! Oh, and the Ford Bronco that we drove only had 38,000 miles on it and it was horribly uncomfortable. Brakes squeaked, and it didn't drive smoothly. And I wouldn't have even mentioned this part but since we were accused of damaging the car...

1. Long and slow lines. Only two counters 2. Booked a full size car (similar to Santa Fe per ur website) but had to pay for upgrade to get Gramd Cherokee as they were giving me a smaller car 3. Car had over 36K miles and didn’t even washer liquid

I made the reservation then called to confirm the vehicle and particulars. Two days before travel I called the Las Vegas thrifty to confirm again. Imagine the surprise when I arrived to find that I was assigned a minivan instead of the Ford transit I had booked and was told I could not rent it there and return it in Salt Lake City without paying an additional $800. The nice lady showed me the booking and it was the code for a minivan. A minivan is not equivalent to the Transit. I had seven adults and luggage which I why I rented such an expensive vehicle through this site. Contact me.

The customer service counter is terrible. 30 people in line & only 2 representatives. During my 1hr wait in line 3 representatives came out & only helped 1 customer & left. I witnessed one representative work with one customer for over 30min!!! Ridiculous

The pickup was horrendous! After reserving a vehicle and paying for it ahead of time, then checking in online to “skip the line”, we arrived and were told along with at least 30-40 other people that there were NO cars of any kind available and wouldn’t be for at least 2-3 hours.

I did everything online so I wouldn't have to wait in line was handed the keys ....when trying to leave the parking garage i told I didn't have the paperwork had to go back ended up get the run around and was there for over an hour...was not happy

I waited in line in over 1 h for pick up. The person at the desk added extra insurance and did not give me the price for an extra driver. I had to walk back to the counter and ask them to remove these ms services.

Gave me an EV with 35% charge. TWICE. Even after swapping the car for another EV. After the counter told me it would be at 100% charge and I paid for full to full.

Please do not allow your customers to rent from this incredibly unprofessional company. They lied about their location, they are not at the airport in Las Vegas but two shuttle bus rides away. There was a long line with 2 agents working and the people at the front of the line had been waiting 2.5 hours to get to that point. We left without a car

It took 2 busses from the airport, then over 2 hours to get our car. Apparently they are not fast, and they were short staffed, and had no backup plan, so they were catastrophically slow. We ended up missing appointments and having to reschedule things due to the delay. We will never use Easirent again. Car was fine. Rates were not significantly lower, so definitely NOT worth the hassle. Car return was fine.

OMG. They act as if you’ve been with their company before. No one tells you there’s a sign in sheet. Then with only 5 people ahead of you it took 1 1/2 hours to get up to the counter. Car was fine and checkout process was fine. No one needs to wait that long to rent a car that you already have a reservation for.

Supplier choice

The experience with them was horrible. They didnt accept my insurance without a valid reason. Budget, enterprise and avis have never had an issue. They refused to accept my partners insurance. The staff was not professional. The person assisting me asked me to call my insurance carried but she had to step away and asked her co worker to help me once i got someone on the phome and in my face the other employee said "No". She refused to assist us so we cancelled the rental with them. It wasted almost 2 hours of our time. Will never attempt to rent from them and will not be recommending them. You should remove them from your network.
