Pros: We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was a great. Wi-Fi was fast and easy to access. The hotel is in a quiet location, we didn't have any noise from outside at all. We will visit again.
Cons: We had 1 minor problem with the room, the toilet tank wasn't sealing properly after flushing, so it would leak down and fill back up. We didn't notice it until late in the evening the first night of our stay, so we didn't notify anyone until morning.
Pros: Nice, clean, good hotel...I believe 3 stars accurately describes the hotel.
Pros: Everything about this hotel was perfect clean and amazing and I would recommend it to any of my family or friends
Pros: My room was very quiet and great for resting/sleeping. The staff was great. They went out of their way TWICE for special accommodations that I either needed or just asked for. That was really appreciated!
Cons: It was very difficult to find the road to the hotel. I could see the hotel from the main road but made several wrong attempts before finding the correct turn into the hotel.
Pros: At dinner time, we were greeted with a potato and salad bar, including free beer, much to our surprise and delight. The free breakfast was also nice.
Pros: The kitchen was stocked with pots ,pans and dishes .It had appliances and was just like home . Price was great , breakfast was good and staff was helpful . Was Fourth of July and even gave us a room where we could see fireworks out in the hall.
Cons: Would have been a nice extra if couch was a hide a bed . Wasn't promised to us just hopeful . But very impressed would definately stay again.
Pros: kitchenette, living area, and bedroom separate
Cons: the water makes my skin smell like chlorine
Pros: Great lobby with wonderful staff. Clean rooms, roomy, the night clerk was so friendly and happy to help. He recommended a great restaurant very close and it was GREAT.
Nice, homey decor. Reminded me of Homewood Suites.
Pros: Very nice clean rooms!
Cons: The card slide at the back entrances did not work so we walked around. Clerk said it had an unreliable track record. Only complaint.
It was a great value and would recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Rooms were very nice. Staff was very helpful during a very late check-in and accommodating our needs.
Cons: It was quite a ways from the interstate, would have preferred something closer.
Pros: clean, people were friendly & helpful
Cons: The bathrooms should have a fan, and a toilet lid. Also, there is no signage to identify the hotel from the main road, nor directions or signs how to get to the hotel. we had to drive through a restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel.

Cons: I did not like how the staff did not let me know there would be a holding fee that would fall off later... the way I found out was my bank account. The price was more than the hotel was worth.
Pros: The Hotel was close to the airport.
Cons: -There were bugs in the hotel room -Hotel Management was unaware their kitchen and bar didn't were on PTO, which kept the restaurant closed for multiple days -Shuttle to the airport doesn't start running until 7am, though flights began departing at 6am
Pros: Great room.
Cons: Difficult to find and get to.
Cons: we had booked a room next to our daughter on the second floor and they put someone else in the room and put us on the first floor. we had booked our room in Jan. for May. this was poor management.
The bed was fantastic! Rarely have I had a bed that comforatable. Very nice indeed. I am just sorry that I had to get up so early.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and easy to maneuver through. I wanted something that I could get to the airport quickly and there was no shuttle that early and I had to pay for a cab to get there. The staff was friendly, and the room was better than Hilton.
Cons: the shuttle didn't start until 7 or 8 and I needed to get there by 5am. Sorry, that was when the flight left... I wish you had the shuttle running earlier or move the hotel where the Hilton is because your hotel is much better and more contemporary.
Pros: Everything! I can not say enough good things about this hotel. With a bridal party of 8 girls the staff was amazing! Alex and Andrew at the front desk bent over backwards making sure we had everything we need and accommodated us 110%. Awesome hotel!
Great location for an early morning flight out of Knoxville!
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Noisy wedding reception
I loved that there's a coffee shop inside the hotel. I do, however, wish they offered everything that a stand alone Starbucks offers.
Pros: I loved the cleanliness and the friendly staff.
Cons: There was nothing I dislike about this hotel. It's really a nice hotel.
Pros: Cleanliness and the bed was actually a king size bed
Pros: Rooms were comfortable and set up and had a nice work desk to do business
Pros: exactly what I hoped it would be - nice, clean, convenient, and good value
The hotel meets our standards
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: The guest information book said the food counter stayed open till 11am on Saturday but it closes at 10am.

Pros: Staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Amazing customer service. The staff was very friendly and attentive, willing to answer all of our questions. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. There was really no need to go anywhere else because of their wide selection of foods and menu.
Cons: The rooms come with sliding doors that lead into the bathroom. Would much rather old fashioned doors that muffle bathroom souds better and keep the light out of the room in the middle of the night.
Pros: The staff was excellent. I particularly was impressed  at the front desk. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were top notch as well.
Cons: I couldn't get Wifi in the room (308). This was a real disadvantage since I spent 2 afternoons there and couldn't use my laptop on the Internet. The extensive renovation of the exterior proved not to be a problem for me.
Excellent free breakfast.
Pros: Small fridge & microwave in room.
Cons: Hallways were not air conditioned. Pool was closed or repairs.
Pros: The hotel is convenient. A coupon was offered for use at a local gym.
Cons: The hotel is under renovations and that affected my ability to use the pool, etc.
Pros: the very best staff
Cons: location is in a ruff area of town
Very warm inviting, clean, great customer service and affordable. Love it!
Pros: I loved the staff, they were so warm and inviting and the fact that there was an indoor pool, hot tub, and Sauna was perfect! Not to mention the breakfast was delicious!
Cons: Not necessarily didnt like... Just thought it was odd that everything in the room was perfect and then they stuck a post it note on the bed frame that said your sheets and comforter have been cleaned for your convenience....isn't that a given? Just odd...

Cons: We stayed in August, during 90 degree weather. The AC didn't work in our room. The maintenance guy never showed up to fix it. At the end of our stay, we told the receptionist that the problem wasn't fixed. There was no discount or compensation. She just said, "Thank you for letting us know." You're welcome.
Pros: Eggs & sausage for breakfast.
Cons: We stayed in August, during 90 degree weather. The AC didn't work in our room. The maintenance guy never showed up to fix it. Pros: My family and I come to merryville about three times a year. We found a hotel that is clean and affordable. Sometimes there can be a weird smell on second floor, like mildew or a stuffy basement. It's not very strong, just a faint smell, it might be that some off the rooms are smoking.all I'm all its a good place to stay. The staff is extremely freindly and helpful.
Cons: Sometimes a faint smell of mildew, or lingering cigarette smoke.
Pros: It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and big enough to enjoy and not feel crammed. The building had a fresh smell to it and the surrounding lake gives it a nice touch. There were a few restaurants in walking distance so that was convienant
Cons: The breakfast on the weekend was laid out well, but when we left on Mon....let's just say it was slim pickings!

Cons: The temperature in the room was poorly controlled. Our room went from too hot to sleep to freezing and let’s put on some more covers. This made it difficult to sleep.

Pros: comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff at the registration desk.
Cons: The room smelled stale and the windows didn't open to freshen the stale smell. The soundproofing was poor, we could hear someone in the next room coughing. The carpet in the hall was worn & shabby, the doors to some of the room had cheep press boards screwed into the door.
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, location was good with restaurants close to the hotel.
Cons: Hotel is a little dated.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. The bottled water was free.....very nice feature. The hotel was clean.

Pros: Rooms were great, staff was very friendly, free shuttle
Pros: The staff. The desk girl when we checked in was the BEST ! She was very helpful, accommodating, and very, very nice to us. She made our whole stay very worthwhile. Kudos to her !!
Cons: We liked everything. Our room was great.... No complaints !!
Pros: It was clean and comfortable and everyone was very nice didn't have any problems with the room I enjoyed staying there and will definitely be back
Pros: Everything was excellent!
Cons: No breakfast.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Bed was great to sleep on.
Cons: Location. To hard to merge into the main Highway.
Pros: The lady was very gracious about our checkout time. Having a big family, I really appreciated that.
Pros: Very simple accommodations. Power went out. Lost internet and cable for two whole days. Nothing was offered as way of recompense
Cons: Pool was not good. No breakfast
Pros: Nothing bad and dirty hotel trash laying around everywhere
Cons: Dirty and alot of trash everywhere
Pros: The room was pretty comfortable. I like having a recliner available and the full, well-equipped kitchen came in very handy. The closet is roomy with plenty of hangers & the bathroom has plenty of space. The mattress & chair are hard; pillows soft.
Cons: The first person who helped me wasn't well trained, resulting in a hassle. The second was lovely at first, but got testy when I reported having trouble with the TV at checkout. I told her it didn't matter but she insisted I should have reported it sooner.
Pros: Price was awesome for the quality of the stay!!!
It is really ideally located - about 10 minutes from both Maryville and Knoxville. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, and the rooms that I've stayed in have a fully equipped kitchen area. The beds are so comfortable - although I wouldn't mind another blanket. The room comes with a great TV AND a DVD player (for the movies that you can check out!). The bathroom is nice and spacious; the towels feel heavenly. This hotel can be used for an overnight stay, but it is also a really great option for people who need to stay for a week or month or a year. It can be a little pricey, but it is totally worth it!
Pros: My boyfriend and I use this hotel as our little getaway. They have board games, movies, coloring books, and a bunch of other things that you can check out and use for an overnight stay to have a good time with your significant other or your friends.
Cons: Tthe air unit in our room did not work properly. When I called to tell someone about this, they seemed more annoyed than thankful or concerned. When we were checking out, the man at the desk was talking on his bluetooth, and I didn't like that.

Pros: Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very good value.
Pros: Nice room, and we were upgraded for free by the clerk, to a larger room. Good A/C, great bed. Gus was awesome at taking care of our needs. I've stayed in larger places that were not near as clean as this one, from kitchen to bath, to bed. We'd stay aga
Cons: Could use some newer towels. They were clean, but worn. Not a fan of 'cookie' pillows- those hard foam things. Google Maps is not clear that the hotel is behind McDonalds and a bank. You have to get entrance the right first time, as it is not easily see
Pros: this was our 2nd time staying at this hotel I cant understand why it gets a low rating any time we have to go over to tn we will stay there
Cons: no not at all
Pros: it was quiet and comfortable close to shopping and food for the most part the room was clean could use a little improving
Cons: the tub drained slow that is really the only complaint
Pros: Close to venue
Pros: We always feel completely at home at this hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. All the rooms are suites, but the price is unbeatable! I told the receptionist that we have declared this hotel to be our Maryville home. Pet friendly!
Pros: Very large Suite
Cons: Needs a lot more parking spaces
Cons: no phone number to hotel
Pros: Close to plenty of eating places, close to main road but extremely quite at night! No road noise! For the price, it is a good deal and I would stay there again.
Cons: Parking was a bit tight for my truck especially if the hotel was full. Breakfast starts at 7:00 am, I had to be at work then, so no experience with the breakfast!
Pros: layout of room and amenities. The kitchenette came with seervice setting for at least two people. Even pots to use on the electric stove.
Cons: No negative remarks.
Pros: Room was clean, comfy and great. Staff was excellent and goes out of their way to assist. Love the place and location.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the beds are super clean and comfortable!!

Cons: Somewhat outdated, cramped, dingy rooms. Pool not open before Memorial Day, though the temp was well above 80 with full sunshine.
Cons: Rooms were a little small.
Pros: QUIET AND COMFORTABLE.
Cons: ONLY ICE MACHINE THAT WORKED WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. WE WERE ON 1ST FLOOR .
Pros: Breakfast was great.
Cons: There was a roach in our room. Judging by their apology I feel like the problem will be dealt with swiftly.
Pros: I have booked 2 stays here. A total of 8 nights. My rooms were very clean.
Pros: The price for the room
Cons: Not much parking
Pros: The hotel's common areas looked and smelled clean, as did my room. The ironing board is a joke, and no iron is provided. Plan on eating breakfast out. Very little is served.
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Staff and manager were EXTEREMLY rude... Staff attempted to fight my boyfriend and cussed him out. Very unprofessional. Would rather sleep outside than stay here.
Pros: It was clean and convenient.
Cons: There was no iron in the room. Also the ceiling over the bathtub was peeling.
Pros: The room was super nice and clean, it looked brand new. There was a free breakfast with many options. The manager let me book a room even though I'm not 21 because I was traveling alone. Also many dining options around the hotel area!
Cons: cockroaches...place should be condemned

Pros: My fiance and I went for our "babymoon" as one last relaxing night before our son arrives . It was very quiet , comfortable .
Cons: The hot tub was the color of lake water . Very dirty .
The pool was way too cold to be considered a "heated" pool .
There was not any parking available , so we had to park at a nearby hotel .
The Wi-Fi didn't work at all our whole stay .
We had a non smoking room that stunk horribly of cigarettes , especially in the bathroom . I'm 30 weeks pregnant and did not enjoy sleeping in that .
Pros: Building needs some maintenance done. Back entry does not lock. Room had a loose electrical outlet.
Pros: Staff and location
Pros: I found my unit to be adequate and clean. The walls are a little thin. Overall was pleased given the price I paid. Would stay again.
Each room has a 25" TV with free HBO, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, room safe, iron/ ironing board, hairdryer, high- speed Internet connection and private voice mail. We offer a deluxe contintental breakfast every morning, a heated indoor pool and whirlpool and a 24- hr airport shuttle. We are located minutes from the Knoxville Airport. 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner
