Very easy transaction! Staff was busy but friendly and though there was a little wait, pick up was easy and drop off even easier. The car was clean and in good condition. Very enjoyable experience!

HORRIBLE pick up in Ogden. It took an hour and a half to get my car and other customers had similar experiences. Totally disorganized staff, The worst customer service I've ever seen. On the other hand, drop off in Chicago was flawless.

Enterprise had no cars available for my “Reservation”. My reservation through Kayak was also filled with wrong information. I drove over an hour to get to the rental agency and it was completely wasted. Both kayak and enterprise can’t be trusted with reservations! DO NOT USE!

Pros:

Everything was awesome! Getting a upgrade due to lack of vehicle available was awesome!

Cons:

Cleanliness!! I lost something and when searching the car I found two pieces of trash. Lots of streaks inside windshield and there was a glob of something inside windshield as well

I wish that they told me the location that I supposed to pick up my car from was closed and Had to go to the Next location in town

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Took a long time (half hour) to get my car after arriving. There was only a half a tank of gas when I picked it up. Windows and mirrors were dirty and I had to clean them before leaving.

Cons:

They called me the morning off and said they did not have the cargo van for me. That left me in a very bad situation. They just told me that FedEx had taken it. They need to learn how to keep our reservation. Very poor business.

Tried to rent a car. The person left the store during business hours and locked up. Then came back 30 minutes later and unlocked the door. They said there was no rentals available even though I had a reservation.
