My car was in great condition, no odors or messes. Tyler checked me in and out, he was fast and helpful both with the car and where I was going. He was the appropriate mix of efficient, friendly, helpful, even remembering me when I brought the car back the next day. That level of humanness is rare in these transactions and was much appreciated.

Pros:

The pickup experience was shockingly poor. The vehicle size I rented was not available after getting a Lyft ride to get to the rental agency. I was told that I should have arrived at 8am if I wanted to get the car I reserved. Instead I was forced to accept a much smaller vehicle which was not going to carry the items I needed to transport. The attendant was kind, but my frustration was high.

Cons:

Clear communication! I created the rental reservation the day before with the same attendant I picked up the vehicle from. He failed to inform me that I needed to arrive when the Enterprise opened in the morning or else risk not getting a vehicle in the class I needed. The only silver lining was paying less than I expected.

Cons:

Staff was cold and distant unable to answer simple questions regarding the rental car was not there when I first returned the car left the car then had to return to bring the keys back when I return nobody was there had to call the number to make contact with someone all in all it was an experience I do not want to go through again
