Pros:
The pickup experience was shockingly poor. The vehicle size I rented was not available after getting a Lyft ride to get to the rental agency. I was told that I should have arrived at 8am if I wanted to get the car I reserved. Instead I was forced to accept a much smaller vehicle which was not going to carry the items I needed to transport. The attendant was kind, but my frustration was high.
Cons:
Clear communication! I created the rental reservation the day before with the same attendant I picked up the vehicle from. He failed to inform me that I needed to arrive when the Enterprise opened in the morning or else risk not getting a vehicle in the class I needed. The only silver lining was paying less than I expected.
