Love the easy pick up location. It would be lovely to have longer pickup hours, but overall it did meet our needs. Also would be great to have better rates, but all Colorado rates seem high. Great experience at the counter and super easy pick up/drop off

We were unable to pick up our rental as it was not actually available through Budget. The link between Kayak and Budget is not ideal as there is lack of awareness or ownership on either side related to actual vehicle availability.

The car was so clean and comfortable to drive! Pickup was very easy (Loveland Airport), drop off was extremely confusing (Denver Airport). I was told conflicting information about how I needed to refuel the car, so brought it back 15 minutes late and I’m not sure if I’m going to get an extra fee because of that. Other than that, excellent, 10/10!
