Pros (+) I loved everything about the Hotel, from the entrance all the way to the room was very clean and stylish. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The location has an airport bus stop 1 block away and 2 blocks away from the Santa Fe Trolly station.
Cons (-) Everything was good. Keep up the good work!

Pros (+) Very accommodating to my needs. Came to town for a bodybuilding competition and they were able to get the room set the way I needed, empty fridge and microwave, plus they did my dishes!

Pros (+) Hotel is in a great location, bed was nice, as was the decor.
Cons (-) Last two nights there, the lobby smelled like a stadium bathroom, staff was not helpful upon checking in, the front door to the hotel has to be the most awkward door I have ever seen on a hotel. Also, instead of having an actual door on the bathroom, they have a sliding glass door. Just a word of warning, if you have a knock at the door and someone is in the shower be sure to pull the door closed ...

Pros (+) Had booked a skyline room and upon arrival front desk told us they had overbooked and put us in a huge skyline suite. Courteous staff, awesome room with a great view and walking distance to all the nightlife in gas lamp. Will be coming back soon
