Booked my car reservation several days ahead of my arrival.. upon my o time arrival I was told they had no cars available. The gentleman working the counter explained that after 4 hours they cancel reservations because most people reserve a car and don’t show up. Budget left me and my you son stranded in Harrisburg, PA. Worst customer service I have received from a rental company. I will never use Budget rental, and I suggest to whomever reads this, to seek alternate rental providers.10.0 Wonderful

I liked being able to pick up and return car at airport. Counter could use more staff. Car was ready when I arrived and the return went very quickly.Cons:
I thought the option for refueling would mean you would pay for what you used. It looks like I paid for a full tank of gas which I would not have used. It is a great option but they should be fair and charge based on what you actually use.National

Pros:
Picked up the car at 11:30 pm in MDT. You have to deal with National Car Rental since the Alamo is closed. Started driving the car and notice the gas gage was just touching the low side of full. When I brought back the car the agent immediately corrected the fuel error in my favor.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
