Cons:Booked my car reservation several days ahead of my arrival.. upon my o time arrival I was told they had no cars available. The gentleman working the counter explained that after 4 hours they cancel reservations because most people reserve a car and don’t show up. Budget left me and my you son stranded in Harrisburg, PA. Worst customer service I have received from a rental company. I will never use Budget rental, and I suggest to whomever reads this, to seek alternate rental providers.Reviewed Nov 9 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly.Cons:No drop off box labeled Budget or clear direction where key should be dropped. Had an early flight out after dropping car. Office wasn't open. Finally just put the key in the Avis box hoping it got to Budget.Reviewed Jan 29 2020

Cons:Explain all the + cost. Booked for 215 end up paying 371 not including tolls, being bill now. Add 2 drivers but was told it would not exceed 65/person. was not told beside pa’s tax there is an 13% airport tax. Didn’t mention using the ezpass once they’ll charge 4/day for everyday you have the car.Reviewed Sep 17 2019
