Never got a car - Won't answer phone.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Got to airport, and no cars were available. They oversold by 15 for the day. Was made all sort of promises about one being brought to me the next day. Never saw nor heard from the company despite multiple voice mails asking status.

Will never rent from Payless again
Pros: Absolutely Nothing good to say
Cons: I reserved a full size car and was given a midsize car a Subaru Legacy which the clerk very rudely tried to pass off as full sized. My family was extremely uncomfortable for our 14hr drive to orlando. I called two days before we were due to return to extend my rental one day. I called at least a dozen times during business hours and no one ever picked up my call. I left 3 voicemails and never gots return call. I called the toll free "corporate line" and it sounds like the calls are outsourced to India and of course no one there was able to help me. I finally called the Payless in Orlando where I was staying and someone actually answered the phone and was able to help me. Horrible experience!
