Cons: They gave us a room literally IN the lobby and told my husband there were no other rooms. I looked online and there were other rooms available so I went back to the lobby and requested to be moved. She SNATCHED the room keys from my hands and said since it was booked from a 3rd party website it wasn't their fault we didn't know it was in the lobby. The new room also smelled like dog pee and the fruit they served on the morning was basically rotten.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and lots of space for our family of four. Staff was friendly and enjoyed the breakfast choices. We would definitely will stay again.
Cons: The fan in the bathroom was not working but other than that it was a great stay.

I think the hotel itself was great I wish I had been able to stay longer. My daughter does too. She loved the pool. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
Pros: We were only there for 1 night, but the staff was very friendly, and very informative. They answered all of my questions without me asking. (like where the elevator was, where the pool was, what time it closed, what time breakfast was etc...)
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about the hotel, but I did go grab something for my family to eat while my kids were in the pool and I thought that the area seemed a little run down and not well lit. I think that might have been scary for some women.
What we used this motel for it was centrally located. It was cleaned and cleaned while there. The staff were helpful. If we return we will probably use this motel again. In fact we did use it a couple years ago.
Pros: The only good thing about this place is location.
Cons: I got a full refund due to the bugs in the bed. Had to go to a friends house to wash everything. Better hotels on same road. Wifi did not reach back rooms. Stayed at this place June 2016. Please choose another place....
Cons: Carpets were dirty. Would not walk on them without shoes on. Stains on the carpet were large.
Pros: Looked good on the outside. Girl working front desk was sweet.
Cons: First room dirty.
A/C in first room did not even turn on.
Second room had dirt in corners.
Second room had mildew and mold in bath.
Whoever owns and runs this place is a cheap son of a gun who is spending a little making sure the outside looks good and very little or none making sure the inside is really clean and comfortable.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Good location.
Cons: $35 per fee. Not a particularly nice hotel for the price.
Cons: Would not stay there again. Just not a very good experience. Hotel was rather drab and location left much to be desired.
Cons: The linens on the bed were dirty and stained the room had a very bad oder the 'vending machine' was empty!!
Pros: Breakfast was OK
Cons: The room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking and the hotel in clouding the room is very noisy.
Pros: The service was amazing & the rooms were very clean. The bedding was very clean & comfortable.
Pros: Near to everything...
Cons: The walls allow lots of noise and it is very dated and the rooms are very small but adequate.. bad handicap parking..
Pros: Very friendly staff, close to everything we needed.
Cons: The bathroom really needs a good scrubbing. Not enough parking for all the rooms.
Pros: Front desk very friendly.
Pros: Really nice, had a zippered mattress protector plus a fitted pad and then the sheets. Nice and quiet. Really good water pressure. Breakfast was minimal but got us through lunch.
Cons: Breakfast could've been more.
Pros: great price & nice location.
Pros: It is in a good location and cheap.
Cons: I would like it to be a little cleaner and the air vent made a really bad noise.
Pros: It was close to where I needed to be.
Cons: I didn't need the 2 night stay, and I could not cancel.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. The staff seemed friendly as well.
Cons: This isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but I happened to be placed next to a room that local high school/college kids seemed to have claimed for their weekend party spot. It was pretty noisy until after midnight. Beyond that, it was just little stuff--the chain on the door was missing, the bar of soap at the sink was broken into about 10 pieces, the recliner chair had some stains on it, the wall around the shower had pretty bad water damage and a sloppy patching job on one part. I'm all for bargain hotels in the sense of foregoing unnecessary luxuries, but there was a more basic level of care that seemed missing in that room. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I'll probably look into other options next time.
Pros: The owners were friendly and helpful but the afternoon check in guy was a little questionable.
Cons: I thought this motel was overpriced and over rated. The owners were very friendly, but I didn't feel the room was very clean and needed updating. The lampshades were torn, there was a flimsy mattress cover on the bed, and I just didn't feel it was very clean. The breakfast was very basic and not good at all. Tang, white bread and bagels, old cereal. It felt like a cheap highway motel and I was expecting a little nicer based on the website. I was glad I was only staying one night.

Cons: Everything. Our room hadn't been cleaned. There was used soap in the shower, the sheets had tobacco in them so they obviously weren't changed. There was also a post it note on the mirror. The light was a super bright led light bar. We arrived late, and I went back to ask for a different room. He wasn't there. So in the morning at check out, I told him about how the room was filthy and he said I did it, that I should have came to him when we went to the room. He was very rude, wouldn't listen. When I told him I came back to talk to him about the room, he said I was lying and he was there. We stayed because it was nonrefundable. Luckily we had blankets with because that's what we slept on. No wonder we were the only ones there....
Pros: Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, staff was friendly, breakfast was simple but decent.
Cons: Styrofoam bowls at breakfast--styrofoam is not reusable, but also not biodegradable and releases toxic chemicals into the soil when landfilled and into the air when burned. I would prefer if the switched to paper equivalents.
Pros: Most comfortable beds of any comparably priced hotels.
Cons: Awkward & busy entrance at US64 & I-40
Cons: Beware, many of the pictures that show on the hotel website are NOT of this hotel! The room pictures show a classy four poster bed however in reality they have very cheap motel like rectangular headboards attached to wall. Also other furnishings in room were in poor condition and very aged. Cable for TV comes out of a "hole" in wall filled with a gob of putty! Staff at front desk during check-in was far from friendly and inviting.
Cons: The air conditioner in the room was "unusually" very loud every time it came on...woke me up throughout the night. I should have been smarter and just ran the fan, but instead, keeping the room cooler kept me up most of the night...
Pros: They refunded my money immediately when I told then about the state of my room and that I couldn't stay there.
Cons: Massive bed bug infestation.
