Pros: Wonderful studio suite with a kitchenette. Upscale carpeting, wall coverings and furniture. Easy access to all major roadways from a pleasant neighborhood.
Cons: Queen bed instead of King.
Pros: Everything! Great location, free breakfast with real eggs, very nice room with a kitchenette. All for $106 for a family of four!

Pros: Convenient affordable extremely clean and brand-new facility
Pros: Very nice attractive place. Comfortable. Super clean. Really great staff.
Cons: A bit far from the main interstate for me -- I was passing by on way from Virginia to Boston. Also, wish there were more dinner/meal options in the freezers in the commissary. It was a pretty bare bones selection. And some frozen veggies would have been nice!
Pros: Clean and cozy
Early check in is not a problem
Free breakfast and night gatherings with soup and salad
Cons: I wish they have better ventilation. The room next to us cooks a lot all day everyday. And thr smell was just a bit too overwhelming
Pros: Literally Everything.

I have NO complaints.

Pros: The room was was absolutely the best I've ever stayed in. I would pick this hotel before any of the others.

Cons: Room Service was OK and Food was too expensive, especially the breakfast
Pros: The property is modern, sleek, beautiful. Anda well kept facility.
Cons: Breakfast is not available on the weekend, only through a limited room service menu.
Pros: Clean. Nice looking.
Cons: No free coffe in lounge. No free breakfast on weekends. Not enough parking. Pool closed at night.
Pros: Pleasant and clean
Cons: No bathroom exhaust
Pros: My girlfriend and I spent the night there for a nice getaway from home after we had went to my brother's soccer game at Seton Hall. Everyone and everything was great. The room was perfect, we had requested extra towels before we checked in and the accommodation was made. When we got there, I called the home bar to request a bottle of wine and the bar staff was able to help recommended a good wine for us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here for any occasion, especially for the price, very good value. We will absolutely keep this hotel in mind for weekend excursions in the future.
Cons: There was nothing not to like, everything was great.
Pros: Location & price.
Cons: Thin walls.
Pros: Very friendly and professional staff.
Situated in the business district, this hotel is within 3 mi (5 km) of Livingston Mall, The Funplex, and Hanover Lanes. Anchor Golf Center and Florham Park Roller Rink are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: Super friendly staff. Clean and well maintained hotel.
Cons: Didn't like location, not close to restaurants. I had to get on the highway and drive a couple of miles to find places to eat.
Pros: The Irish pub in the restaurant was excellent. The staff was very professional, accommodating and friendly. The room was clean other than the issues cited in the other box. The lobby is beautiful and clean. The location is convenient and there was plenty of free parking.
Cons: I booked for 3 adults and requested 2 doubles, however my email confirmation stated 1 king bed. I called the Marriott and was told there were no rooms left with double beds. I then called hotels.com and was told the room could be changed to 2 doubles, however upon arrival the reservation was still for 1 king. Thankfully the desk clerk noticed the size of our party and immediately changed the reservation 2 doubles without me having to ask her. Don't know why this was an issues when I originally called the Marriott (or why the change made through hotels.com did not change the actual reservation at the hotel). There was some black mold on the ceiling above the tub/shower and the room had a slightly musty smell, like a damp basement. Our room refrigerator was not working upon arrival and the hotel had to send up a maintenance person to get it to work. We discovered there was a big cultural conference (NJ/NY VSNA Indian conference) taking place during our stay. No issues with the cultural conference however with so many people mingling about in the lobby and hallways we felt like we were intruding on a private event and that was uncomfortable. We did not feel like we should walk around the hotel and stayed in our room. It would have been nice if I was told about the conference at the time of booking.
Pros: Lobby is good. The event we attended is at the same building so staying at this hotel location made sense
Cons: Got a wrong room. I requested for double queen bed but was given single king. So a family of 4 is sharing a single bed. No effort is made to help the situation. I even tried to ask if there is something she can do. I got a big 'NO'. However, the couple after us the a double queen bed. The door going out into the veranda is broken so we have to turn on the heater.
Cons: No breakfast available

Pros: The moment I walked into the hotel the front desk greeted me so welcomely! not only that, but as I was walking up to my room all the way till my check out date the workers were beyond friendly and always had a smile on their faces.
Cons: I loved everything about this hotel, my only concern was that there was a little bit of crud on the bottom of the shower which ended up floating to the drain once I turned it on.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room which was much nicer than what I usually find in this price range, and a good cup of coffee at the bistro in the morning.
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: There was no dislikes

Pros: Location, ease of access from Route 46 and rooms are nice
Pros: The hotel was set up nicely for people traveling for business.
Cons: The hotel is advertised as having a hot tub and pool which is why I selected it for a girls night out but the pool room was "out of order". We were not told about this ahead of time or even at check in. The shower in the room is run down and looks dirty. The toilet wouldn't stop running until you play with the handle.
Pros: The furnishing in the room was top notch, as was

Cons: When I order a superior king don't change it to double bed room and tell me that's what I ordered
Cons: I was very dissatisfied with our stay. I planned a last minute staycation with my daughter. The weather was menacing so I looked for a place in the area with a nice indoor pool. What they don't tell you in any of the descriptions on the Sheraton Paraippany is that the pool is part of the Atlantis Health Club and, evidently, anyone can go for the day (I imagine there's a small fee). We were swimming in the already cramped single lane of the indoor pool. I was already dismayed that, even though there were many little ones swimming with their parents, they still excluded us from the other two roped off lanes--one was reserved for lap swimming, and the other for kiddy swimming lessons (with MANY kiddies, one of them screaming at the top of his lungs for the entirely of his lesson). I noticed pieces of food, cereal and other garbage, laying around the pool, while the life guard sat there, allowing kids to balance themselves on the divider ropes, despite someone trying to swim laps right next to them. What sent me (and my ten year old) over the edge was when an entire group of young children arrived from outside the hotel. A day camp I think. There were now an additional 15 or so kids, plus 3 or 4 adult supervisors. For the first half hour they were there, the outdoor pool was still closed due to bad weather--why they did not open up another of lane to accommodate this group is beyond me. They expected 30+ people to swim comfortably in one lane of a NOT Olympic sized pool?! It was ridiculous so we left and went back to our not very clean room (pubic hair in the bathtub, stains on the carpet and on the bed-skirt) and ordered over priced hamburgers that were hard as hockey pucks and ridiculously over-priced. It was just an all-around very disappointing experience. I will not be returning there.
Pros: Can't give much of a review. Was there on business for one night. Location was convenient. Exterior was impressive. Room was nice. I was not expecting much, so it met my needs. Would stay again.
Pros: Everything, services and everything they did to make us happy
Cons: The bed a little be, it was like not what I was spected i
Think they can have a better mattress
Cons: Breakfast was horrible tv was broke and I set the alarm clock for 8:00 am and bring they cut the power off for a min the alarm didn't go off getaway was awful
Pros: cleanliness, friendly hotel staff
Cons: Women's bathroom above my room. You could hear high heels and high power toilet flushing from the 6th floor bathroom every few minutes.
Pros: Good location. Reasonably clean
Cons: Hotel needs to be updated. Bathroom was small and cramped. The hotel is in need of repair. The restaurant closes too early.

Pros: We enjoyed the pool, gym and outdoor sitting area
Cons: Limited complimentary water and no free coffee in the lobby.
Pros: It was very clean, bathroom was really nice.
Cons: Room was extremely small.
Pros: When we arrived at the front desk at 11pm our reservation was not on file. The staff had to scramble to give is a single room. To the staff credit they discounted our stay and comped breakfast.
Cons: See above.
Pros: Confusing charges. Unable to provide receipt for cc charge. Promised to email but no response, yet.
Fun sports bar.
Pros: Nice rooms, comfortable bed, staff were pleasant, the shuttle to the train was a nice touch!
Cons: Hotel wifi was out the first night. Hot water was out the second day I was there. Vanderbilts, the hotel restaurant was ok, food was ok, bar staff were terrific, but there isn't really a system for being seated or getting service.
Pros: Hotel is nice on the outside. Good location. Pool and gym are ok but not great
Cons: Rooms are old and beat up. Beds were not so comfortable. Toilet broke. Ac was leaking water and was so loud. Bad customer service. Promised a crib but never got one. Promised a mini fridge but didn't get one until next day which caused my food to go bad. Will not return to this hotel.
Pros: Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
Pros: Clean bed sheets
Cons: No hot water for showers
Just warm water
Looks old inside rooms
Pros: Would have appreciated a breakfast buffet that was included in cost of room. Otherwise, great hotel.
A great choice for a stay in Florham Park, Wyndham Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center is just 2.6 mi (4.2 km) from the airport. Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout or enjoy American cuisine at Arrive, one of 2 restaurants. An indoor pool and an outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: location, room size and layout, atrium and the grounds
Cons: One bed was sinking in the middle and the nobs were coming off the chest.
Also the coffee maker stopped working and called the front desk twice. They said engineering would come but never came. After 2 hours and multiple times unplugging, replugging and resetting,it finally started but was leaking from the second side.
Pros: The breakfast is very good and the lobby is beautiful
Cons: The pool is dirty. There was hair in my room coffee maker. No linens for the pull out bed. Soap scum throughout the bathroom.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany is a great choice for a stay in Parsippany. The indoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Bistecca, which serves international cuisine and is open for dinner. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like kitchenettes and sofa beds.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room nice amenities. A good location with plenty of parking.
Pros: We were provided a room prepared for a handicapped guest but it worked out because it had extra safety precautions and I felt safe that my fiancé would be ok. I only felt guilty that I could not take advantage of the pool because I was trying to finish a project. However, he did!
Cons: It was noisy on friday night and you could hear the neighbors coughing throughout the night.
Pros: Everything was great. Great price and great value. I especially like the shared amenities with the adjoining Hilton.

Cons: I requested a room near other family staying at the hotel & was told there were none of the size I rented. That was fine, I understand. Then he asked if room 2xx was ok with me. I said I don't know anything about it but sounds fine. The room was fine but was the handicap room which I didn't need. I saw no more than 15 guests at this hotel during my stay including breakfast. I'm skeptical of this handicap room on the second floor in a building COMPLETELY on the other side of the hotel campus from where I asked to be placed being truly the closest, best he could provide.
I did not go back to complain but clearly I hold a grudge.

Cons: Nothing I can't complain
Pros: Everything was great the service was amazing and the rooms were great.
Cons: The room service needed some more options.

Cons: The hallways had an unbearable stench. Requested a handicapped room WELL in advance and ended up with a room on the second floor dead in the center of the facility making it impossible to get to without several halls and at least one elevator or stairwell. Staff was unwilling to assist in adjusting bill based on poor accommodations and early check out. Very poor customer service. Rooms weren't very updated for the price or comparable to the area.
Pros: I liked the Location
Cons: The doors were constantly slamming all night long. Not worth the money.
Pros: The customer services, safe and the room was spacious.
Cons: The vending machine was low or out of stock.
Extended Stay America - Hanover - Parsippany is a great choice for a stay in Whippany. Free perks include continental breakfast daily and WiFi. Bonuses like refrigerators, refrigerators, and microwaves are in all apartments.
Cons: 1. We could not park in the front of the hotel, otherwise we would get towed; 2. we were in another building; 3. the room smelled upon entry but the smell went away after some spray; 4. The stay, while convenient, was not worth the $100.
Pros: Location was good. Room was clean.Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Facility and decor was outdated. Lobby was not welcoming and did not present a good first impression.
Pros: Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean. Decent breakfast. Staff was helpful and pleasant.
Cons: They ran out of hot water in the morning because a tour was staying there and everyone showered at the same time. Also, they need more obvious signage on route 46 for drivers coming from the west. I drove past it twice.
Pros: -Bed/sheets/pillow were clean, and didn't give me any rashes.
-Room was quiet, and air conditioner was well maintained.
-Very good location, hop on and off 287.
-Decent amount of places to eat close by.
-Flatscreen TV with lots of channels.
Cons: -Every towel in the place the first day had someone else's hair on it. Threw them all in the sink room service got the hint and it wasn't a problem again.
-This hotel will demand $100 deposit or an imprint of your credit card or you won't be allowed to stay there reservations or not. This is a VERY annoying practice that should be communicated in advance of you showing up to the hotel. Most ahem "classier" hotels I've ever stayed at do not do this, for whatever reason.
-The showerhead and faucet were cheap pieces of junk 25 years ago...I didn't even know that Sunbeam made showerheads. Went from scalding to freezing with a 2 degree turn...you guys should really think about something from this century.
-There was only one outlet on the entire front half of the wall, so your choices are use your laptop on battery or don't watch TV. Both can't be plugged in at the same time at the desk.
All that being said for what the rate is...all you should expect is a place to crash that doesn't give you fleas. This here place succeeds there.
Pros: The room and bed were very comfortable. There was a (quiet-running) refrigerator and microwave. The staff was also very friendly.
Cons: The light in our bathroom buzzed, and our room was situated right outside the outside entrance to the lobby, so there were lights outside the window and a little bit of noise outside in the morning. However, the amount of light coming in the window from the lobby entrance was really no more than any other hotel would have, and the noise was not bothersome.

Pros: Affordabality through Kayak. Amenities like microwave, fridge etc
Cons: The stale smell of the carpet. Location of room close to laundry. Dirty and slow/stalling computer. No vegan/healthy breakfast.
Pros: The room
Cons: I asked the front desk to tell the other people to stop smoking weef but they didn't do anything
Pros: Clean and Spacious room. Food shops and other stores are where near to hotel
Pros: Clean room with breakfast included
Cons: AC was broken in room, took them 1.5 hours to get us room with working AC. Staff seemed overwhelmed with tasks and wasn't very helpful or responsive to problems. Obviously old hotel with a few cosmetic updates, but still dumpy.
Cons: Everything. The place was a dump. It smelled bad, the facilities are decaying and poorly maintained, the food was terrible. An all around horrific experience.
The place needs to be completely re-furbished and renovated.
Pros: Location was fine
Cons: Dirty and smelled
Pros: -Searched for this hotel on Kayak and it was the cheapest of the ones in the area. I'm surprised that the cost was so low because it really was a great place to stay!
-Continental breakfast was great, new food items every day.
-The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I called down on the second day of our stay to ask for more towels and washcloths, which they quickly brought up to my room.
-There were three entrances with stairs, which was nice if you didn't want to wait for the elevator. Also, if your room was far from the main entrance it was a faster way to get to and from the parking lot.
-No password needed for the WIFI (most hotels make you sign in and it's kind of a pain to connect if your password is incorrect or misplaced).
-There was a sports bar connected so you could eat there if you so pleased.
Cons: -They did not have a water fountain on the first floor (or any floor to my knowledge).
-The ice machine on the third floor was broken.
-No fridge or microwave (I did not ask for either but these would have been nice accommodations).
Cons: I don't have time to list EVERYTHING
Pros: The location was great. The cost was unbelievably low. It was very quiet and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Total time to check in and out was less than 5 minutes. The room was huge. Refrigerator and microwave in the room, also. Conveniently located next to Target, gas station and dunkin donuts for coffee. Gluten Free restaurants, like Luigis and Godfather, were very close. Great place for business travelers like myself.
Cons: Room was very clean, but the carpets were dirty. There was an a second entrance to the right of the main entry and there were always large groups (10+ people) standing around and smoking and hanging in the parking lot, sitting in running cars... It was a very awkward environment and almost impossible to avoid.
Featuring a breakfast buffet, the Fairbridge is located in East Hanover. Free WiFi access and a fitness center are available. A flat-screen TV and coffee machine are included in each guest room. The private bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The FairBridge Hotel East Hanover has a 24-hour front desk. Refreshments are available from the on-site bar. The hotel is adjacent to East Hanover Shopping Center. Pinch Brook Golf Course is 4 minutes’ drive.
Cons: The entryway hallways were left unlocked 24/7; the ceiling had water damage and it was stained all the way down the entryway walls, pretty unwelcoming. The plants were dead and left out in pots, better off with imitation plants. I actually moved a fake plant for the view and hid the real one off to the side...no chi. But it worked for our short stay. Oh, it was very close to the highway and so it was noisy all night with passing trucks, etc.
Pros: Rooms were very old. Bathrooms looked dirty.
Cons: Was not pleasant to walk into. Not recommended at all. Cheap price equals no good room.
Pros: Just the location
Cons: Very dirty, needs to be shut down and remodel. So unhealthy.
Cons: The building and furnishings are old and worn. The continental breakfast was minimal and there was a cockroach in the bathroom!
