It was decently clean. Almost Everything was Not good. This is a $25 room/night NOT a $100! It was extremely loud with every kind of noise: cars, trains, planes. I'm pretty sure there was a drug deal going on right outside our door, there was a loud party just a few doors down.
The location was ok. We reserved a non smoking room, we had a late check in so when we arrived about 1am we were ready to sleep. The moment we opened the door a strong cigaret smell hit us. There were cigaret ashes on the bathroom floor, the toilet had a mold ring around it, the tub had soap scum and the shower curtain had mold spots on it... do I need to say more? This has been the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. If I'm paying $100 a night I would at least expect it to be clean.

The location was good. Within 15 minutes of downtown Nashville, Green Hills mall and other areas. The location is a good location and central to what's going on around Nashville. The hotel room was partially updated, but the front door area was dirty and old, and the bathroom area still looked like it did in the 80's. The wall where the beds sits is painted with the wooden build headboard on the wall, carpet looks more recent and a newer flat screen, but furniture is still old. The outside hasn't been updated either. The advertising doesn't represent what you see at the hotel, which is misleading. So, if you are only in town for 1 night, it's good value for that. Anything more than 1 or 2 nights, and it's not worth the money.

The staff was very kind and attempted to be accommodating but was unsuccessful The room was not at all what I would consider clean. The drains were all stopped up so my shower turned into a bath. And though the parking lot was decently bare, they were "booked up" on non smoking rooms so we got to leave the hotel smelling like an ashtray
This location had direct access to the interstate. We chose it on the spur of the moment by using the mobile Kayak app. It was $85.00 for 2-full size beds. The A/C unit worked well and did not have programming limits. The smelled an appeared clean. The linens were good quality. There was a nice newer model flat screen television with an excellent cable line up. The free Wifi had good band width as we were able to stream our own movies without difficulty. I found it refreshing that the hotel also did not require a password or log in for the free service. The staff was courteous but not overly warm or inviting. This is an old school motel or motor lodge that has been renovated so all rooms have exterior entrances from the parking lot. There is a very loud and busy train line close to this location that actually made the bed shake. The exterior is worn with that feeling there is multiple layers of paint underneath. The railings are rusted an rickety. There has been some strange retro-fitting to allow ADA access to the 2nd floor that creates a labyrinth affect. The exterior pool area was available but we did not visit it. It is obvious that this facility has undergone upgrades to the lobby and community area to give it the feel of a Choice Hotel brand establishment but it truly is just a pig in a dress. The staff really did not go out of the way to introduce us to the amenities of the motel. It is obvious this is one of those locations that only weary travelers stop by.
The beds were horizontal. The toilet flushed. The TV was plugged in. The cockroaches everywhere. The disgusting exterior of the building. The cold and unwelcoming staff. The pitiful excuse for a breakfast. All of the room staff were dressed as if they just rolled out of bed. Not a pleasant experience. I should have had to pay about half what I did for a room here.

Didn't get to stay as storm had knocked out power. Booked through this site and had one heck of a time getting reservation cancelled on kayaks end. The manager of this inn, Mr Patel, was so helpful in getting our refund. We actually had to have a three way conversation to get our reservation cancelled. Getting customer service from this site to actually refund our non stay.
Hotel was close to many resturants. That was about the only con of the place. The bathroom we stayed in had mold. We ask the front desk if it could be cleaned. The next morning the house keeper came and told us there was nothing she can do. She did not even attempt to clean it. There was also a language barrier which made the situation more frustrating. Will not stay here again.
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. This was a last minute hotel choice and was well worth it for the money!
It's just a place to lay your head at night. Don't go in expecting the 4Seasons. It's not a bad place to stay for the money. The continental breakfast didn't have a lot of choices...coffee, cold cereal, toast, or powdered donuts.
Comfortable bed. Close to airport. Right next to the freeway and the old building doesn't do anything to insulate sound. It's every bit as loud inside as it is outside. The building desperately needs to be remodeled.
It was clean and a comfortable bed. Also close to the fairgrounds where we were going to an antique show. Very easy to get to off the highway (I-65). The TV remote was very difficult to use. They have two versions of rooms. We had the less expensive option. It costs $10 more to get small refrigerator and coffee maker, too high for what most offer for free. Parking close to room was very limited. We had to park quite a ways from our room.
Everything was good nothing bad about it, my second time staying within 2 weeks ,. I don't have anything bad to say about the place. I had my 20 month yr old son with me and it was plenty of room

The room was clean but small. The Staff. When I made the reservation online I was very specific that I needed a pet free room. My son is very allergic to dogs. When we checked in there was a black woman with straight black hair. She had the front died red. She was by far the rudest person I have dealt with in a while. When we walked in she was dealing with a young Hispanic couple. She was short and very demanding with them. I thought maybe they had said something to upset her. However when it was our turn she was just as cold with my son and I. First however she made us wait while she dealt with someone on the phone. She was rude to them as well and then just hung up on them without even saying goodbye. I asked if she was having a long day and she said "No". I guess she is just always rude to the people who stay there. When I asked if they received my request for a pet free room she told me pets had been in every room they had. When I asked if my son had asthma attack could we change rooms she just reiterated that every room had had pets in it. She obviously did not give a shit. In addition at 7:00 AM I had to get up out of bed and tell a manager and his employee (who had decided to have a conversation at the top of their lungs just outside our door) that my son and I were trying to sleep. These people are clueless when it comes to customer service. Someone should look into who is managing this location. When I asked for extra pillows I was told they did not have any. I'll never stay at this location again. Makes me wonder about Red Roof as a company.
