I liked the rooms and updated decor. No fridge in the room and views are unappealing.
We had a concern for bed bugs in our room and asked for management to come check out the situation. No one ever came up. They did suggest we change rooms, but never heard another word. When I asked if the situation was resolved, there was no note on our stay and they said the room was rented out the following night. Very poor service with regards to this potential health issue.

Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Cleaning staff and breakfast hosts were very kind. We were given our room keys in which there was already someone staying. Walked right in on a very obviously taken room with clothes and bags everywhere. This could've easily been a bad situation if the person thought we were breaking into the room. Now instead of a king bed room that we paid good money for, we were given a 2 queen bed room which we did not ask for, reserve or have any choice over. We were promised that a refund would be processed for the mistake and that they were very sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing has happened, not a single word has been spoken or mentioned at all since that same night about any kind of reimbursement. If someone walked into my hotel room unannounced I know it would not end well. This could've been a very dangerous situation especially considering the part of town that the hotel is located in. We didn't pay $350+ to Best Western for this kind of error with no effort to fix it at all except give us a sub par room that we didn't reserve. The only upside of the hotel is new renovations so it's clean, comfortable, and majority of the staff we ran into were kind.
