Everything was excellent except for one thing; the amount charged on my credit card was way higher than my rental agreement and the final amount upon return. The National car rental location was Detroit, Mi Airport and returned to Brownsville,Tx airport. Something happened in the transition and hopefully National can correct the problem! I have a dispute reference number and I am waiting for the call from National at this time.Reviewed Sep 16 2022

We had a delay because the vehicle we reserved wasn’t on site and ready at the appointed time. We had to wait a little over an hour past our pick up time. They were as accommodating as they could be considering the circumstances and they adjusted my rental cost fairly to compensate me for the inconvenience. Outside of that, the experience was perfect and the vehicle was great. I would definitely rent again.Reviewed Jul 6 2022

I was refused a rental car because the ID reader was not up to date and did not recognize my driver’s license. It is a basic enhanced real ID from MN. Very disappointed and frustrated. I also waited at least 20 minutes for the manager to come “verify” that they couldn’t rent me a car. They didn’t even try to help me find a solution. What a waste of time. Shout out to Enterprise for finding me a rental!Reviewed Aug 2 2021

Cons:Your website had a picture of a convertible which is what we wanted. Of course there were none but the people from National said that this is a trick by Kyak to deceive their customers. We were really wanting that car and got screwed. Thanks for the LIEReviewed Aug 17 2016

Pickup was terrible. Drop off was easyPros:The car was great and drop off was quick and easy.Cons:The pickup was terrible. Attendant in the lot just stared right through me as I asked a question 3 times and then yelled into his radio. Eventually I gave up and figured it out myself. He never acknowledged that I was even standing there. Then i walked all the way across the lot to the building and the clerk inside asked a bunch of questions about insurance even though I purchased it when I booked the car. I didn't know it was third party but he acted like it was no good. Then told me to go out by the fence to get a truck. The only vehicles by the fence were needing maintenance. Someone drove by and told me to go back in and have him call for one. So I did. Waited 15 more minutes and the lady from Alamo came to ask if I was waiting for a truck and that it had been parked on the other side.Reviewed Jul 16 2016
