Van was brought up, left for 6 miles, then low tire light came on, went back, swapped stuff to another van. Sienna was learning curve. Had an emergency, at home. returned car to DTW lot used 6 of the 9 days. Got no receipt from accepting agent. Got home to my wife in hospital and found a receipt from Thrifty charging $198 for AP conc fee which I told them was already in the previous contract. Called 3 times, Thrifty refused to reverse. Even when i said they had 3 days rental revenue to use the van. Didn't want credit for the days, just not to pay twice for airport fee.Reviewed Oct 2 2022

The vehicle is clean but not well-maintained. The suspension was very stiff and felt like it did not exist. The door light alarm was always on, even I closed all the doors firmly several times. And I had to walk across the parking lot to find the car in the rain by myself.Reviewed Feb 19 2022

Exterior of car was not clean. I upgraded to a luxury car category and the employees working did not really understand well which cars belong in that category. I expected a better overview of which cars I could take out of this category. Next time I will not upgrade due to this.Reviewed Jan 6 2022

Pros:2019 Camry was a great car.Cons:$13/day to add a spouse as a driver is ridiculous. Every other car rental company that I’ve used does this for free. Will not be using Thrifty in the future on this basis.Reviewed Dec 29 2019

Pros:The pickup was easy since there was no other customer in the office. The place was D E A D. That was good for me.Cons:The drop off process was very poor. There was no attendant. I was just told to leave the car in the lot and walk away. Someone would process it later and send me a receipt. But one day later I still do not have a receipt !!Reviewed Dec 10 2019
