I pre ordered a car via a website I use for work. I work for Delta Air Lines and am supposed to get a discount. When I clicked that I wanted to return it to a different location, it wouldn’t let me pick a different location. The girl at the front desk said she was not able to switch it herself, that I had to modify it myself. I could not and decided to cancel it. I found on Kayak.com that it let me do the option of dropping the car off at a different location, so I booked it. I got charged $20 more than what I had originally wanted to book. That was disappointing. Alamo will not be my first choice from here on out.Reviewed Dec 4 2023

Pros:Staff was helpful and friendly!Cons:The minivan I rented was not clean, there was crackers and crumbs in the rear seats and under the middle seats, it looks like they wiped down the front two seats but you rent a minivan because you need to seat a lot of people and we had to clean it up before anyone would sit in the rear seats. Pros:For the 1st time ever in Detroit the Shuttle driver helped with bags.
