Car was dented and dated. Back window was broken and engine made knocking sound when idling. They required a $5,000 USD deposit - which is unusual. Other car companies in the area require a MUCH lower deposit. The whole interaction/exchange felt like a scam.Reviewed Jun 8 2023

The car was excellent, clean and in good condition, however, on pick-up I was not familiar with some of its capabilities and there was no effort in trying to explain or even ask if I had any questions. Though I was given a form which, I assume, was to be filled out to report any vehicle damage before I drove off, I was not given the opportunity to inspect the car and add anything to the list before I was asked to sign and initial the form and the counterfoil was removed. I made sure I took multiple pictures to ensure that I had recorded and vehicle damage before I drove off. The vehicle was not checked on drop off and I probably would have to trust that this would be done fairly. Apart from the paperwork aspects of renting the car I was happy with the friendliness and courtesy especially of your rep on drop off.Reviewed Jun 3 2023

Depois de esperar uma hora para pegar o carro a pessoa que estava me “ajudando” olhou e disse que não foi possível autorizar. Meus documentos são todos americanos pq vivo lá há mais de duas décadas. E ela não sabia o que fazer. Enfim, só havia feito à reserva pá a Localiza só tinha carro para depois de meio dia.
