From a customer service perspective, this was the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Staff stayed late for our very delayed flight and were so kind and welcoming. And when I hit a pot hole and got a flat tire, a staff member came to help us within an hour and fixed the situation quickly. He was so nice!
