Cost was high, did not have the vehicle we requested in the reservation. Gave us a Hyndai instead of a Camry. Told us we needed to be gold members to avoid the line, even though they were just standing around waiting for customers.Reviewed Apr 24 2026

The Custmer service Rep at the vounter was very helpful. Xdhe slready knee that the car I reserved won’t fit our needs. She already had a different SUV for us. She explained to us in terms that were not demanding. So we went with her suggestion, the Grand Cherokee. And we had a very good time and fun in our trip. We didn’t have to worry about driving in the snow since its a 4 wheel drive. 👍🙂Reviewed Apr 22 2026

1. We clearly specified, when booking the car, that we did not want an electric car as we know that charging stations are limited in Corsica. However, the only option upon arrival was an electric car. As a result I had to do some distance to charge my car between my village and the right charging station. The nearest one was not even fast enough to charge the car so I had to go 9km farther to find a super charger. 2. When picking up the car, we had to wait more than 40 minutes as there was only one staff attending the clients. It was quite late (10.00pm) but during school holidays, the renter should plan enough staff to operate at scaleReviewed Apr 22 2026

There was little help and one of the car tires was in a very bad state : we were afraid it might explode on the highway. I wanted to change the car but it was not possible. Not a service I would recommend as it might be dangerous.Reviewed Apr 22 2026

Hertz customer service in Sanford downgraded my vehicle, Hertz Corp customer service was completely lost trying to help resolve the issue, and Hertz charged an additional $76 upon return with no indication why. Gas was 100%, car returned on time to the location stated, and no tolls or other charges used. When I demanded an invoice of charges, they kept providing the same one with the $29 fee and $200 hold.Reviewed Apr 21 2026
