National Harbor Hotels Gaylord Resort Convention Center is a one-stop shop for virtually all the needs of its guests. It sits on the shores of the Potomac River, which brims with its own unique history. The attractions of Maryland are at guests’ fingertips due to the resort’s convenient location. This includes the Capital Wheel and MGM National Harbor.

Cons (-) Staff helpfulness and friendliness. Staff engagement was minimal. Guides for getting around the hotel - it’s a big place.
Pros (+) Really nice contemporary feel to the hotel rooms with a breathtaking indoor resort and a stunning view of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge. It's well-maintained!
Cons (-) Everything within the resort is pretty overpriced. Their parking is outsourced, so it doesn't seem it can be integrated into your hotel bill (especially during events at the convention centre portion of the property.)
