Pros: The staff was extremely nice, accommodating and professional. When I got stuck in traffic and was late getting back they were still in the office even though it was closing time and didn't charge me for an extra day.
I would definitely go back there again. The customer service was excellent!
Cons: The website said they opened at 7:30 am but no one answered the phone until 8:00 am when I called them for a pick up. Once I did reach them at 8, I was told that the driver didn't arrive until 8:30 am.
The car could have been cleaner. They ran it through some water and rinsed it off but you could tell in had not actually been washed.

Pros: the lady that checked us in/out when we picked up the car was fabulous!!!!!! Everything went smooth; was easy and the car was perfect!!! will definately use again!!!! it wasnt something we "didn't like" but it would have nice to have navigation in the car! we had to t=burn up data on cell phone maps to get around! other than that...perfection in every way and will use again definately!

Never got our car
Cons: Rented a pickup truck for a move. Shortly after we arrived, 2 other men arrived also trying to rent pick up trucks. Enterprise had 0 pick up trucks in stock. Left and went to Home Depot.

Great car but overpriced
Pros: The car was great; it was spacious and roomy. We booked an SUV but were given a Ford Fusion. It was more expensive than the SUV, but we were charged the price we were promised at booking, which was really great. We just wish we'd been able to get what we originally reserved--or that we'd been able to book a 4-door sedan at the SUV price (for some reason the SUV is less expensive). But we had plenty of room and the car did what we needed it to do for the week we had it.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that we booked an SUV and were given a sedan. But, since the SUV price we were promised at booking was cheaper than the sedan price, Enterprise honored the price we were given at booking even though they gave us a pricier car. We appreciated that. In order to get the SUV we originally booked, we needed a major credit card. We are a credit-free family, so we didn't have one to offer. Therefore they gave us the size car they could give us without having a major credit card on file. It all worked out fine; just was a bit of a hassle to begin with.
Cons: A 50% mark up from one day to the next was unbelievable. If I could have moved my travel plans I would have.

Bad Hertz! Bad Hertz!
Cons: The wait for the car put me into a time crunch. The car that they brought was old and dirty, windows so dirty I didn't feel safe driving. The representative did apologize for the dirty car. The next day I was able to barely squeeze a few moments into my day to return the car for an exchange. Again, the wait was so long, I was time crunched again. The car this time was newer, reeked of cigarette smoke, had just over 1/2 a tank of gas, and had windshields so coated with smoke residue that I had to stop to buy some window cleaner. When I returned the car, the only adjustment they made was to waive the tax on the rental price.
