Pros. Vegan restaurant and bar in lobby
Cons. Better customer service, better cleaning staff. No one cleaned my room during my entire stay.
Pros. The bed was very comfortable, the room is unique and the hotel is hip and modern. The drinks at the bar were good
Cons. Limited amenities, no room service, bathroom toiletries weren’t replenished and ran out of soap, staff was preoccupied or didn’t quite care. For the cost night, we could’ve found a better value elsewhere at an equally hip hotel.
Pros. We had the best time at Catahoula. It was quiet with the perfect amount of buzz, minimalist with the perfect amount of tiki/vintage-y/hipster-y vibes, and centrally located yet tucked away in its own little perfect world. We will definitely be staying here again and many more times after that. Thanks Catahoula -- we love you!
Cons. My only critique -- and this is a tiny one -- is that there isn't a closet (maybe in some rooms there is?) but you can hang items up on the walls with the hangers and nooks provided.
Pros. The rooms are small but unique. Great room for price. The way to go, way better than chain hotels around.
Cons. First room we got was right off the lobby and it was loud in the morning when we were trying to sleep.
