Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's location and the friendliness of the staff. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, as well as issues with the food and service quality. The pool area was also a concern for some families due to non-guests using the space. Overall, while the hotel has potential, improvements are needed in several areas.

The only suggestion I have is to st...

Pros (+) Super upscale space! We loved everything here!
Cons (-) The rooftop pool is gorgeous but small. It was super crowded in the middle of the summer and that was a big draw to choosing that hotel.
