The staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk people were more than happy to answer any questions we had and even offered suggestions on where to eat. The staff at the French toast were so amazing and made us feel very welcome every time we were in there.
What are some common concerns about Hotel Provincial?
The room has no double glazing so you can hear every sound from the street outside. Very difficult to sleep with so much noise. You will be woken daily by very loud garbage truck at 7.30am. Management really needs to invest in sound proofing. Also amenities in room were quite poor. One tiny shampoo and one tiny soap for your entire stay. Overall hotel felt a bit dated and tired and not value for money.
