7.7 Good
Pros:Great location. Good sized room. Parking accommodations considering location.
Cons:Price was ridiculous.
4.2 Mediocre
Pros:Price and Location
Cons:This property is in serious need of a renovation. Carpets are dirty and stretched. Decor is outdated and shabby. The restaurant is not operating. The mattress was painfully old. I requested more pillows because the two provided were insufficient. They never arrived. I called down again to request more and the desk agent finally brought them which means she was the only one on staff. One of the elevators was out of service. It was overall a depressing place to stay.
7.7 Good
Pros:Very friendly staff at the front desk
Cons:The elevator was not working most of the time
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Nice hotel near the French Quarter. Comfortable rooms. Walking distance to to Canal and Bourbon street.
Cons:Clean, comfortable rooms at a good rated. Ideal location.
8.5 Very good
Pros:Clean, relatively quite location, safe. Walking distance from several excellent restaurants.
Cons:Wifi never worked very well in my room. The signal was just too weak. I always had to go to the hallway to send/receive emails. Their technical support tried to help over the phone, but with no luck. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but may not be a good choice if you need Wifi.
3.1 Poor
Cons:The box spring had no skirt. The ceiling had multiple holes in the plaster. The carpet was torn up in spots. The sheets were stiff. The bathroom had a hole punched into the ceiling tiles to expose the sprinkler. The room looked very dingy.
7.1 Good
Pros:Location and price were good.
Cons:Bathroom is too small and only a half glass door for the shower.
9.7 Wonderful
Pros:So much history to see in New Orlenes. Pet friendly and close to everything. Staff is super friendly and very helpful.
Cons:Elevator was small
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Very friendly staff.
9.7 Wonderful
Cons:Only complaint was that room was not cleaned on two occasions
